All in all, a very fast, efficient service, went well!!

Got way more than expected... this was not one of those "drive thru" service calls. Glenn did a thorough inspection including going into our crawl space to evaluate the construction and path of our dryer vent line. He could have easily stuck a cleaning tool in the line from outside or inside and left. He discovered that we were getting adequate air flow prior to the cleaning. After the cleaning and after removing excessive flexible tubing (from dyer to wall), he has increased our air flow by 57%. The attention to detail in his work is very obvious and appreciated. He even replaced a light bulb in our laundry room. Thanks Glenn!

They didn't put it on right the 1st time and it had popped off. The owner came back and put it back on. This a little over a year ago. I used them recently because I had got a bird down the vent and my neighbors had come to get it out and the vent come off. I called Dryer Vent Wizard to come put it back on. He put a new attachment on the vent to prevent it from coming off after I voiced concerns that it was coming off to easily. I just purchased a yearly dryer vent cleaning maintenance package with them.

Dryer vent was cleaned. He stated he could not use the metal vent I purchased, that it did not meet code.

The service was excellent. The repairman arrived at the appointed time and thoroughly checked the dryer vent. He adjusted it and added some aluminum tape so that it did not leak and cleaned out the entire line to the outside.

Chris did an excellent job removing our old vent line and installing the new metal one, bringing our line up to code. A video of the new line was made and the old pvc line taken away. He also said he would help remove a couple of deck boards later in the spring at no extra charge to check the exit point under our deck.

Took advantage of Angie list special for 80 dollars. Extra cost due to above changes I made for safer washing and drying chores.

I think they did a good job. I have no complaints at all. The people who came out to do the job were nice. They did not push anything. They mentioned some extra items, but I did not have to buy them. The price was a good deal.

It went great. They did a very good job. The cleaning has been very helpful and useful. They even added an additional part for no additional charge.

I had concerns about my dryer vent, so I wanted it cleaned. Glen and Chris arrived and tested the air flow on the exterior of the dryer vent. It was at zero, which means there was a huge problem existing. They inspected my dryer ducts in my attic. It was a really long run, which I knew. They found the wrong kind of duct material was being used-- it was not up to code. They also found a place where it had been stepped on and come apart, so my dryer was actually venting into my attic. They offered 2 different options for changing out my dangerous existing ventilation. I chose to go with a vent that went vertical out of my roof, instead of horizontally to where it was supposed to vent originally. I was more comfortable with the thought of a vertical vent design, and it also happened to be the less expensive option. I haven't been able to really test out my dryer, but it seems to be more efficient and I definitely feel safer since experts have looked around and fixed everything. They installed a newer type of vent directly into my roof and cleverly used the plug of wood they removed from my roof to plug the old dryer vent hole. The air flow was at 23.7 when they left.

I wasn’t there when they did the job. But from what I could tell their work was fine. They came out and did what I expected them to do. I was happy with what they did.

It took 3 trips to get the job done. The guy that was sent out was new. After he left I could see air blowing from the back of the dryer. The same service guy was sent out. He gave me his card and said he could do the work for less which I found very unprofessional. I had to call for a third trip and the owner came with him this time. The owner was very nice, concerned with the work, and professional. I would rate the owner with an A+! I would hate to let one service guy effect the rating for the entire company but this was just my experience.

I can't remember the exact date.They didn't actually clean my dryer vent, they installed a new one. Put in all new from dryer, under the house in the crawlspace to an outside wall. I thought it was a little expensive but it has a lifetime warranty which is good. They did an excellent job.

the service man was on time and was very courteous. He inspected the vent and cleaned it, finding a problem with the metal tubing that had been crushed, diminishing the airflow. He trimmed and shortened the tubing so that it performed efficiently. The work was done quickly and effectively. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service. I would call them again without any reservation.

My husband was home at the time of service. The Dryer Vent folks did all the work efficiently and to our satisfaction. We would call them again and we do recommend them.

The dryer vent inspection revealed that a plastic hose needed to be replaced. This involved more than the special deal and cost a little extra. The job was completed satisfactorily and reasonably priced considering they had to work in tight quarters in the attic and it was very hot. After the initial visit and assessment they scheduled a return visit but failed to show up. It was apparently a misunderstanding between workers but inconvenient for me. They rescheduled and arrived without issue on the 2nd try completing the work.

This particular gentleman reached out to me after I bought the deal. He was here within two days. He was super informative and nice. He was incredibly professional. What I really liked was that he really educated us on what we could do as homeowners to prevent a house fire. We didn't feel like he sold us on anything we didn't need. He was very, very knowledgeable. He was a great guy. I will use him again.

Although I am fairly "handy", this was a job for a pro. I mean, do you feel comfortable drilling 4" holes in the wall of your home! Dryer Vent Wizard did the job perfectly, professionally and in the exact manner that I wanted it done. Fully IRC compliant, tight and well-mounted. I would recommend Dryer Vent Wizard of Central Indiana to anyone who needs either a from-scratch venting installation [my case] or a more simple venting clean-up or spruce up.

They did a great job. They were very professional and clean. They were very informative and helpful. They cleaned up when they left. I was happy with the experience.

Came when requested. Because we did not purchase their super duper dryer hose, they refusd to pull out the dryer and vacuum the lint from the back of the dryer. The work they did may have been worth $69 Big Deal price but certainly not $150. I don't remember the information about having to purchase an additional hose to get a complete job. If it was there, my mistake.

I replied to an offer for a special deal offered by this company. This required signing up and also providing credit card number. This was accepted and reply was that the company would call within 2 days to arrange for this service. It did not happen. I am waiting on bank statement to make sure the company did not accept and keep payment without providing services. If they did, I will contact Angie's List. I am sorry that this is such a negative review.

Dryer vent was almost completely blocked, as well as damaged in some parts. Had duct system replaced.
