The guy that came to my house was very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He was to call me in a few days to give me more information.......but a yr later and I've still not heard back. Too bad because I was going to have them do the work.

They were prompt and knowledgeable. The serviceman we had was pretty good. We used them again about two weeks later. They're not your typical furnace and heating repair guy. He was nice and well-groomed. He came in the appropriate company uniform. He was able to fix it pretty quickly.

I did not feel like there is anything that they could have improved on. They did exactly what they said they would. They were the best.

Duane was on time as promised, he even wore booties over his boots as not to track anything onto the rugs. Extremely well priced over all problem solved under 3 minutes. Will do business again if necessary.

After placing call for a service appointment - received call back within the hour. Was able to get an appointment in very timely manner. Service tech showed-up on time and performed the inspection and service on my gas furnace. This company is very experienced in gas appliances.

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from BNG. It was a completely excellent experience. Salesman Mark S. was more than generous with his time to come out and talk with us on estimates not once but twice, spending way more time with us than expected, to answer all our questions or concerns. Their pricing was very competitive, and Mark gave us the best all included deal (we purchased 10 yr labor warranty on HP) among several large/reputable companies for apples to apples comparison of HP & A/C systems. The installers were fantastic! They worked at our house for 2 complete days, extremely professional, barely ever took a break from working, polite to each other and to us. They laid tarps to walk on, cleaned up any mess from their work and put up with our dogs barking at them a lot. Super nice guys! Like I said, a completely excellent experience with terrific customer service. We would definitely use BNG again for any HVAC need and be confident it would be prompt, professional and fairly priced service.

OK Personable yet professional

All of the employees we dealt with were very personable & professional. The work was completely in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after they were done.

After I accepted the proposal, they started work about 1 week later. All the workers were friendly and professional and spent 3 days installing the equipment. They came at 8 each day and worked all day. At times there were as many as 5 workers on the job.They cleaned up the job site each evening before leaving.I was impressed.I would recommend them to all.

Mark Schmitz came to home 3 times to answer every question we had. They scheduled a week prior to appointment and arrived early. They worked efficiently removing old unit and installing new unit in 3 days. Clean up was good and price was the best because Mark worked until he beat all competitors.

The office called to schedule installation date and time. We were informed who to expect and how long it will take to complete the job in it's entirety. Introduced themselves upon arrival. Explained in detail what we could expect during the installation process. They cleaned up after themselves and placed a tarp on our floor to protect it.The worker's were very professional and respectful. The job was completed on time and to our satisfaction. The equipment was checked, except for the furnace, which due to the outside temp. (over 100 degrees) would have been difficult to check. We have no doubt if something needs done, they , BNG, will take care of it without question.

No work was performed, but the company representative spent a lot of time looking at my unit and educating me on the different options that were available.

First, we were without A/C and 90plus degree weather. We had Mark, along with four other companies, give us an estimate for a new A/C and furnace. We decided to go with a 16 seer system for the rebates. While BNG was not the cheapest estimate we recieved I think the Bryant Evolution system with humidity control and variable speed fans is superior to the other systems we looked at and in the end I truly think the extra spent up front will pay off monitarily as well as in comfort. Mark did an excellent job of explaining the system to us and walking us through the Bryant and Vectren rebates we would qualify for. He even offered to put window units in to keep us as comfortable as possible until his crew could be out a few days later. In the end he actually fixed our old unit (3rd time in 5 years we've had it repaired) which we used until the new unit was installed the next week. BNG sent out a 4 guy crew to do the job, 2 of which were licensed journeymen. They arrived promptly at 8:30. All were very polite and personable. I felt very comfortable with them in my house. They walked me through what they would be doing and went immediately to work and had the entire process completed by 3:30. They cleaned up behind themselves and exceeded my expectations when resolving a drip line alteration that needed to be made. They walked me through how the system would work, how to work the new thermostat and recommendations on filters and biannual servicing. I would recommend them to anyone. The office was also nice enough to do all the paperwork for our warranty and rebates, sending us copies for everything organized neatly for our records. We got the Bryant rebate back within a couple of weeks. What's funny is in the end we will get the entire system for free because our local temp hit 100 degrees on July 4th. Even if we hadn't however I would be equally as happy with the service we recieved from the entire staff at BNG. We'll see you in the fall for general servicing :)

BNB came out for a service call on a broken ac which was bad compressor. While we had to wait about a week before they could install a whole new ac and furnance they brought 3window units so we could stay comfortable during the early heat wave. BNG definatley went above what we expected. Great company.

I had purchased the unit from them about 6 years ago and the whole thing went out; it was a bad unit. They came in, were very apologetic and professional; found me a wonderful deal on a newer, bigger unit and replaced the old one. I ended up paying less than I did for the other unit. I will hire them again in the future.
