Description of Work: They had to come twice. Once because I had an igniter out and a second time because my basement flooded and a part had to be replace because of water damage. They went out of their way to make sure I received quick and timely service. The second visit was an emergency and they were at my house within the hour. Excellent service.

Description of Work: Hired company to do annual service to HVAC. Service was prompt and friendly, and I was shown issues with my system. Overall, I was pleased. I did ask the tech to have someone call regarding an estimate for a new system, and I have yet to hear back, which is disappointing. But the service work was good. I'd recommend them.

Description of Work: Aaron R. rep came out. Very polite, clean and professional young man. He located the problem right away with my a/c unit. It needed more freon. He added a little, and the cold air was flowing again. Thanks to BNG for sending a very knowledgeable person out who was very quick + professional.

Description of Work: Got my gas furnace (about 6 years old) started, cleared, and stayed around to see that the pilot stayed lit. This is about the serviceman who came out. The owner was just the opposite. I had the service through Angie's list and paid for it through Angie's list. When the serviceman requested payment, I explained it was already paid for. He called the home office and the owner got on the line and was extremely hostile, loud, and discourteous. He stopped just short of swearing and accusing me of trying to pull a quick one. I would use the same serviceman again, but unless he goes to work for another firm, I will not see him, because I will not even call Bracket.

Only reason I gave them a "B" grade is that the technician missed the fact that my a/c unit had two separate issues, and had to come back a second time to complete the repair. He gave me a good discount on the return trip's parts, and did not charge an extra service fee, so all is good. Would use them again in the future.

Will likely use the company based on this experience. We always get at least 3 estimates so we haven't made a decision yet. Pricing seems to be a little higher than average but very professional company with customer service! Hard to find anymore!
