KELLEY'S TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

We bought a house that had been vacant for over a year, so it had not been treated for pests in a while. I called Kelley's and Roberta promptly returned my phone call and helped me determine the type of service needed. We had not moved into the house yet, but it was no problem for her to use the lock box to enter to do the spraying. We moved in a few days later and have been satisfied with the service. Throughout the entire process Roberta was very responsive via phone and email. We will continue to use Kelley's for our future pest control needs.

It went so well I almost felt guilty for not having anything for her to really deal with!

Roberta returned my call and came over promptly to give an estimate, advise, and then set an appointment to treat my property after termites had been found. I also had her treat all around the outside of the home rather than just at the site of the termites. She was a bit more costly than past treatment but I found that nearly all bugs disappeared. There is still one long term area of problems that was not corrected and I plan to call her back over to treat again. Her professionalism was refreshing, as well as the timely service.

Kelley and assistant came to the house to do a requested inspection, as I had not had one done in 5 years. After they had finished both inside and outside, she told me that all was fine, and that the inspection was free of charge! I will definitely remember this, and call her again if needed.

We couldn't believe how smoothly the process went. Having to reschedule because of rain and a family emergency was no problem. And when removing old flooring my husband found some bugs, Kelley came and sprayed the area for no additional price.

Roberta was right on time and got straight to work. She went down in my crawlspace and it was obstructed, so she sprayed the area with flies using a fogger. She then treated the outside of my house for pests. Did not take long. She was prompt and efficent, two things I appreciate in these situations.

Roberta came out right on time and solved the problem in minutes. She is a very kind lady and did not even charge me for her services. I will use her anytime I have pests in the future!!!!!!

Our house, which has part basement, part crawlspace, and part slab, provided a number of challenges (including, in particular, some unusually tight spaces to work in -- all of which Roberta met with equanimity and professionalism. I was impressed by her knowledge of pests and the problems they cause, and her experience in dealing with them. In addition to doing the termite treatment, she advised me on a couple of other insects that were attacking the house (especially carpenter bees),and recommeded treatments I could do myself against them. Roberta is also very friendly and pleasant to work with. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a really thorough job of pest extermination or protectiion.

After finding termite damage to a baseboard, I contacted Kelley. She arrived when she said she would and conducted an inspection of the room, showing me what to look for and explaining the nature and habits of termites. (I did not have the baseboard any longer, so she could not see the actual damage.) Not finding any signs of termite activity, she looked for evidence of previous treatment, which she found and pointed out to me. She determined that the damage to the baseboard was most likely a result of a prior problem that former owners had treated. Kelley is very friendly and a true professional. I offered to pay for her time, but she did not charge me. I will definitely hire Kelley for any future pest problems.

She came out and remembered treating a few years ago. You don't get more punctual than that.

Not being able to figure out exactly what sort of animal was in the house was frustrating, and she was as stumped as we were. But we appreciated that she didn't try to do more than was really necessary or run up unnecessary expense in the process. And ultimately it seems the bait blocks did the trick, as we finally found one dead rat in our living room.

It was great. She showed up, sprayed inside, outside, and bombed the crawlspace. Haven't seen a cricket since :) As a side note. I first called another highly rated company on Angie's List that I had used before. Those guys didn't even return my call so I tried this company. Pest control os not something you want to sit around waiting for someone to call you back for...you want those bugs gone ASAP! I got a quote over the phone from Kelley's the same day I called (Monday) since it looked like rain Tuesday we scheduled for Wednesday. It was so fast and easy.

They called me back the same evening. Very polite, professional, probably could've sold me a service but she was honest and sd she didn't think I'd need it. If I do need this type of work done in the future, I will definitely call this company.

Roberta is always on time or even a little early. She and her helper work efficiently. She is always friendly and even remembers how much my dog Josh likes kids.

She was great. She gets all A's from me and I will continue to use her.

New tenants moved in and brought cockroaches with them. It was quickly becoming infested.

We had a mass invasion of ants in our house. We called Kelley and she came out the very same day we called her. She explained the problem, sprayed around the house and told us what other preventive measures we could take. We haven't had any issues since her visit. We really appreciated her prompt response and effort to come out the same day to solve our problem.

They were knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. A 3 year warranty is included in the price. The service was excellent and I would recommend Kelley's to other home owners in the area.

We have been fighting termites for a few years and in the past have treated it ourselves. This year they came back worse than ever and we decided it was time to have a professional do the work. Roberta came out right away and gave me a quote and explained the procedure. My husband and I decided that the price was fair and she has a great warranty so we gave her the go ahead. Kelley's came out 3 days later and did the work. They were friendly, professional and got their work done in a timely matter. Roberta even informed me of the discount through Angie's list due to the amount we were spending!! We are overall very happy with the work done.

Kelley's performed a thorough, informative inspection of my crawlspace and foundation for signs of termites and possibly entry points for other critters. The visit was friendly, professional, and neighborly. No hard sell on any unnecessary services. The useful advice (free of charge!) was a nice bonus. I'm happily satisfied, and will definitely call on again if needed.

They seemed nice and professional. Compared to someone else they gave me a much higher price, but they seemed more honest. It?s hard to know if the service is working but I haven?t seen any giant ants.

Went just fine. They did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves. However, I had to call 3 times to get them to come back the next year and do the inspection even though I was told they would call me. The 3rd year I had to call again, and they never called me back. I never pursued it because I was tired of chasing them down. I never called again and they never called me.

It went really well. They were quick, and very-well informed about carpenter ants. I called for them on Monday and they came on Thursday. They called in the morning before coming. I went away for two weeks after they treated the house (not due to the treatment). When I came back, I didn't see any ants in the house or in the attic.
