KELLEY'S TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

I called Kelley's later in the week to say we had a bit of a spider problem outside the house and hoped that she could help. We scheduled an appointment for Monday (a few days later). She called the house before my appointment to say she would be a couple minutes late (our house is very difficult to find so this was understandable!) When she arrived, I showed here where the majority of the spiders were as well as where I thought a hornet's nest might be forming. She sprayed all around the house and also recommended spraying in the garage. She was very quick and seemed very thorough. She said if I still found a lot of spiders after a week I should call her back (I haven't seen a single spider since) and that the work she did should last until later this fall. I will definitely be calling her again!

I called, she was nearby, Rerouted to my house. Battled the ants, sprayed, wiped down, clean up and told me to call if I had anymore show up.

She came the morning after I called for service; she was on time and stayed longer than she planned because it took longer than planned to spray (there really was a wasp infestation!); she was knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. The reason for a B rating on quality is because there are still wasps. She sprayed the perimeter of my home three times, but there are still a lot of wasps. I'm not sure if that is a testament to how many there were or the strength of the product she used to spray. I worried a little that the spray might stain but there was no stain or visible residue at all. I appreciate her prompt response to my situation (I was having gutters installed and the installers were in danger) and will certainly call upon her again when there is a need.

Called to have her spray b/c we'd been having lots of bugs due to lots of moisture from humidity and rains. We had lots of spiders, aunts, and so much more. Also had an incident where wood deck had several feet underneath where I had been attached with stinging bugs and they were painful. Not sure what they were. When Roberta came out she was aware of it. She was also stung several times when she treated the hornet's nest that was under the deck. She sprayed it and told us not to go out in that area b/c it would take the treatment several days to kill it. She is always great to work with.

The initial date for the treatment was rescheduled as we were unable to complete our preparations due to the unusually rainy weather. When the date arrived, Roberta called the night before to confirm and arrived at our home 15 minutes early ready to start the treatment. The treatment took 2 1/2-3 hours to complete. It was done in a professional manner. After the treatment was complete, she delivered the guarantee brochure, collected her check, and we set it up for her to return next spring for another spraying to thwart the carpenter bees in the barn and outbuildings. The initial spraying she did the first trip here was extremely effective. My wife and I are quite pleased with her service to us. I would highly recommend Kelley's Termite and Pest Control to anyone on the south side of Indianapolis. Although based in Bloomington, they service all of Morgan and Brown county and will come further north upon request. They treat a lot more than just termites!

On her first visit to look over my situation, Kelley did an initial spraying inside where she had access to the base boards. We reviewed what I had t to do to prepare for remaining inside areas and on the outside of the structure, including the garage. For the most effective spraying, I had to move as much furniture as possible several inches away from the walls, so her sprayer could treat the area where the walls met the flooring, and not hit the furniture. Kelley will look over your furniture arrangement and tell you whether anything needs shifting or not. I notified her when I was ready to finish the job. She finished the inside work and sprayed the perimeter of the garage in the same manner. For the outside spraying, Kelley brought along a helper who started her work while Kelley was finishing the inside. Then they worked together outside. The following areas were treated on the outside: the condo foundation; around the windows; where the soffits meet the house; the complete perimeter of my sunroom, including where it is attached to the house, underneath where it meets the house foundation, all support beams where they enter the ground, and inside the room where the floor attaches to the house. I could not detect any smell from the product she sprayed, and it was super effective. The next morning I picked up a few dead critters inside that never made it more than an inch or two from the baseboard. Since moving into this condo, I'd been seeing house centipedes (2"adults and some smaller), ants, and spiders. I no longer huddle on the couch, fearful of the next pest making a dash across my living room carpet. I'm comfortable walking across the bedroom carpet at night without shoes on. Know this: If your house is built on a slab, you have the perfect environment for numerous creatures to over-winter underneath and visit you inside your home. If you're not bothered by pests in your home, wonderful! But if you need help, I strongly recommend Kelley's Pest Control!

A couple weeks before treatment I noticed a swarm of termites coming out of a stud in the garage. I searched Angies List for termite control and several providers were listed. I decided to call the one with the best rating and left a message relating my problem. Ms. Kelley responded within a few hours and we arranged for an inspection. She came out promptly as scheduled the next day and inspected both the garage and the house. She found no indication of termites in the house but did confirm the garage infestation. She gave me an estimate for treatment and after a couple days I called back and made an appointment for treatment . She and her helper came out on the day and time scheduled and began the work without delay. The cost of the job was the same as the estimate. While we would not have wanted to pay much more, the bill was within the amount we were willing to pay. I was most impressed with her professional approach and the fact that she did not pressure for additional services. She is a very personable, friendly person who answered all our questions. We are very pleased with the experience.

We made an appointment. She came by in the 30 minute window as we agreed. Evaluated what I had going on, gave me an estimate right there and some info on the service and product she uses. We struck a deal. She had a cancellation for the next day and so we set up for her to come by. Again, on time and it took just 2.5 to 3 hours and it was done. Paid her and all was well. A good experience. And she is a local business owner. I really like that!

Roberta, the owner of Kelley's, actually came twice. We called initially because of ants on kitchen counter, but we didn't find many at the time of initial treatment. She told us she would wait to send us an invoice for a week and to call her back if we found more ants. Last evening, I went out to the sun porch adjacent to the kitchen to get a cup that had contained cola from a table, and found it covered with ants. Further inspection showed ants on several plants that were in the sun porch. I called last evening and left Roberta a message that she returned right away this morning. She interrupted her schedule and arrived within about an hour. She treated all of the plants and the perimeter baseboards of the room, including an ant trail in the carpet that became noticeable upon inspection. Again, she told us to call her if we see more evidence of ants after waiting a few days for the insecticide to do its work. We are very pleased with the service from Kelley's. Prompt, responsive, caring, knowledgeable. We plan to set up a fall and spring treatment program with Kelley's from here forward. Good job!

They worked out great. They took care the problem for me.

The first visit slowed them down, but they came back. They were able to resolve the ant problem with the second visit.

She was very nice on the phone, but didn't followup after first call. When I called back she gave me a quote. Reasonably priced and seemed knowledgeable.

Roberta showed up on time and prepared to do the work. She found 2 of the 3 nests. She and my husband negotiated a new price since she was expecting to spray only one nest. She had offered to spray the 2nd nest for free, but my husband did not expect her to do all 3 for the price of one. Roberta was professional and did a terrific job. We would not hesitate to use her services again. We will also recommend her to anyone in need of pest control services.

I had a serious problem that Roberta solved in a very timely manner. She quickly returned my call for help and was here the next morning to take care of the problem. She is professional and knows her business, but is also very friendly and took time to visit with me and pet my dog! Now I can enjoy my backyard and deck again, thanks to Roberta!

Absolutely fantastic service! Roberta responded promptly to our voice mail and set up an appointment for us early the next morning. Once she arrived she not only addressed our concerns with a new hornets nest but also answered all our questions concerning termites and the best way to treat a carpenter bee infestation on our deck. Without a question one of the best exterminator services we have ever used, we will be getting regular exterminator services from Kelley's.

Great. She came to my house the next morning after I called. She quickly determined the problem, it's source, and treated it. By the end of the day the pests were gone and we have had no further problems. Wonderful service!

When I called for an inspection/estimate, Roberta Prince-Kelley answered the phone and came to my house at the time she indicated. Her price for treating my house for termites was almost half that of another exterminator. Her and her assistant did a thorough job. She was in my crawl space for almost an hour treating from the inside. They trenched around the outside of the house and driledl holes in my concrete patio. They also treated outside the patio slab. All the holes were patched after treatment and are barely visible. Everything was cleaned up and in good order. She was a little late arriving for the treatment because she had a flat tire, but called me to let me know what was happening and when they would arrive. Roberta and her helper are very nice people. She obviously has low overhead but that allowed her to give me a better price. They were very thorough and professional. The next time I have any pest control problem I will call her first!

She was on time, looked at where the ants are coming in. listened to what we have already tried. Discussed ant behavior, hoe her product works and what to except. was knowledgeable and friendly. have not seen any ants since(almost & weeks).

It went very well. Roberta treated our house for ants and for wasps in our flowerbed. She arrived on time, was helpful and friendly,, and gave a referral for bee services at no charge. I would recommend her to others in the future. It was great to support a woman-owned business as well!
