Kelley's is very responsive and easy to work with. They make their pest control treatment service simple and never attempt to upsell you on anything. Their treatment is effective and we never have issues with ants since being routinely sprayed by them.

Description of Work: A tough case of ants. It took a couple of times but she got them. Kelley's was very nice about having to come back a second time. There was no extra charge for having to return. It has been 3 months and I have not seen any more ants inside the house. Happy!

Description of Work: Kelley and her assistant sprayed for bugs and insects. In addition, they filled holes that might allow in rodents and the snakes that eat them. They thoroughly checked over the outside of the house and unfinished basement. We are also continuing a termite contract.

Description of Work: Last fall she stopped up all possible mouse holes, left bait, and fumigated for crickets in the downstairs office. This spring she rechecked all the openings she had stopped up, left more bait, and reassured me that droppings I saw were not termites to be treated, but dirt from another source.
