Description of Work: Removed and replaced heat exchanger after checking twice on the heating system.They had to come back to look at another part of the heating system, because they did not find the trouble with it. They have flushed the lines and the heating is working.

Description of Work: A/C was "underperforming" during an early hot period.--Keller techs showed up on time as promised, diagnosed problem. Since the unit was just recently "out of warranty", I discussed the possibilities with Keller mgmt.--they were sympathetic, but said THEY could not offer any "deals"...but offered to (and DID) email all pertinent model and serial numbers for the affected components, as well as the phone & email info for the manufacturer. My subsequent conversation with the mfgr. brought a SMALL amount of $$$ relief, but I doubt that even that would have happened had I not been as prepared as I was with all the relevant info provided by Keller.Second trip to install the new coil: techs called to ask if it was OK if they arrived "a bit early" (!)--and were in/out with minimal fuss. They certainly get the first call for future work.

Description of Work: Replaced old furnace and air conditioning unit. I had called them to see if my air conditioner could be repaired but it was cheaper to replace it. They told me about rebates and tax deductions. Their office staff send in the rebate paperwork which I really appreciate. A week after the work had been done, I thought the fan was not working properly. Two servicemen came out and assured me that it was working properly. They didn't make me feel stupid and didn't charge for the service call. They also took the time to explain to me about my 3-tier furnace and what I could expect when I start using it. I would recommend Keller Heating and Cooling.
