I chose Garage Doors Plus because of the listing on Angie's List. We were shown the garage door and openers and received those items per the order. They installed the doors efficiently and worked with our builder on delays that caused the installation to be rescheduled. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend Garage Doors Plus.

The first time I used his service, he was recommended by a handyman in my condo complex. We called Garage Doors Plus to ask if they could come out and replace the springs on my garage door. He said that he could come out within 30 to 45 minutes (he explained that he was on another job at the time). He came out when he said he would, and took less than half an hour to replace the springs. The second time I used his service, I called him and described my problem, and the man came out within about 15 minutes to check out the situation. He explained why the doors wouldn't close, and fixed it in a few minutes. He asked for $20 for his time, and it was absolutely worth it. He's a very nice, very competent professional, and I recommend him highly.

When I call they are usually here the same day. They are professional. They take the time to explain what needs to be done. Their prices are reasonable. I will continue to utilize their service.

Monday's suck to begin with, let alone not being able to open your garage door. They came out immediately, repaired the spring, ensured the door was working properly, then left. It took approximately 1/2 hour from start to finish. I have never had a better Monday in my life!

He came out promptly, even a little early. He had to leave to buy the parts but came back shortly and repaired my garage door quickly and did a good job. I was very happy with the work performed. Over the phone I said I would also be interested in a keypad but it was not high priority. He did not bring one with him, said he would get one and call.

They made two visits. I was suspicious that first visit was not adequate. They did not follow through with what we had requested.

Quick response. Old door had separated from door opener. Had a lot of problems with it. Told us how much it would cost to fix and replace. We had it replaced. It was quick and easy. Much more quality and quieter door than the previous one.

Prompt and affordable on repair of garage door opener gear and addition of keypad

The first time I called, he talked me through everything so he didn?t have to come out. It ended up working and there was no charge. Then a gear ended up breaking so he did have to come out. He was very prompt and came out quickly after I called. Even when he had to come out for further maintenance he was very good about it.
