I have to say he saw more issues than I did! Louie is a nice guy who takes pride in making the place look, smell and feel better.

I can't believe what a good job he did! Especially far the price. Sorry to say, my light colored Berber carped was absolutely filthy but now it looks great! None of the spots reappeared later either, which has happened with other services. We are very happy.

I had to reschedule once and Louis was able to accommodate my schedule. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He is very picky about his work and will be honest with you about whether or not a stain will be able to be removed. He uses great products and there was no residual smell left in the carpets. I will definitely use his services again.

The service was punctual, and the owner was extremely friendly. He came out early on a Saturday morning to accommodate our schedules. He was incredibly personable, and charged very reasonable prices for his services. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Louis came on REALLY short notice and fit me into his schedule. He was also extremely good, we had a small burn in our carpet that had been there for months and after he was done you couldn't even tell where it was! I won't use another company!

I am a new subscriber to Angie's List so this is my first contractor that I have used from here. My carpets look new again after he was finished. This was especially impressive to me because I have a lot of foot traffic on my carpet from kids and I also have a dog. Mr. Ierino arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the entire process and was very thorough. He even gave me tips on how to remove stains. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I will be calling him when it's time to clean the carpets again.

Louis is communicative, punctual, friendly, and professional. I've used his company before and would do so again. Carpets are nice and clean!

Appointment was scheduled for Friday. Louis called Wednesday to confirm. On Thursday, he left a message that unless I changed the appointment time, he would not be able to do the service. He arrived on time, but was not polite in his requests for what he required to do the service. (Somewhat demanding approach). He completed the work in 1 1/2 hrs, but did not give me a chance to check it. Requested payment and then left. I discovered several areas that were damp and somewhat "soggy". I had to get my steam cleaner to suck up the excessive water to assure that the carpets would be dry by the time my tenants moved in the next morning. He also dripped dirty water on all the steps of the hardwood stairway, and I had to clean the steps. The only positive thing I can say is that the price was very reasonable.

The service was fantastic. I called on Monday and could have scheduled service on Tuesday but I was busy so we went with Wednesday. The carpets are old and not great quality but they look pretty much new now. I'm so glad I scheduled with this guy; this is exactly why I'm an Angie's List member! Great service, and impressively inexpensive. Will be using him anytime I need carpets cleaned. If you use anyone else you aren't doing yourself a favor.

I needed the house cleaned before moving in. Louis was accommodating in scheduling the job, punctual, and his price was very reasonable. He did a thorough job and did it quickly. He also took the time to tell me how to take care of my carpet so it will last longer. I will use him again.

Nice job, arrived on time, took less than an hour. I was coming from out of town to finish cleaning out college students apartment. He was willing to work with me on dates and times, as I was not sure when I was going to be there. Very accommodating !!

Louie did a great job. He was able to remove a number of old stains and clean an entry area that was quite soiled. He worked quickly and efficiently while doing a thorough job. I would hire Discount Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning again.

I am SO thrilled with the way the carpets look! The sofa looks as good as it did the day I bought it! Louie was able to remove pet stains from several places without a trace of their having been there. He is such a polite, personable, and professional person to have in my home! I contacted Louis yesterday and he was able to get me scheduled very quickly. He showed up right on time and confirmed before he started everything that we had discussed on the phone. We walked around and looked at any potential trouble areas and agreed on what could be cleaned and what might not because of excessive wear or stains. The bill was just as he said it would be and the carpets look great. He cleaned a sofa and a chair as well, and both look 100% better. Louis is a very nice guy, very professional, and I plan on having him come back in the spring to do a follow up.

Louis did an outstanding job! He is promote and very professional. It took only a few hours to clean 1000 sq feet and the carpet looks and smells great! This is our 2nd time using his services and we will again in the future.

I inquired about the service and was able to schedule the appointment the next day. Louis was very professional, showed up on time. The cleaning was done in a couple of hours. He explained to me everything he is about to do and what he is using for the cleaning. Also explained what I need to do afterwards. The service was completed in a couple of hours as expected and satisfactorily. The odor was gone completely. Cost is very reasonable. Another company charges almost double the amount. I would continue to use Louis' service.

Went pretty well. He threw in cleaning a small extra carpet area that I forgot to mention when making the appointment. I paid cash, he didn't have change.
