Bought through Angie's list deal. Louie was prompt to contact me for scheduling. On the scheduled day, he showed up on time. He did a very thorough job on our couches, which now look much better. Louie used several different methods to get different types of stains out and even shared some tricks of his trade so I can tackle small stains in the future. He also cleaned the carpet in one of our rooms as part of the deal. Tip: If your upholstery is really dirty it will end up wet after cleaning. If it is a sunny day, put the furniture outside to dry more quickly.

Fantastic! The chairs had gone through a move without proper protection and had been rubbed up against by a basset hound (oily coat). The loveseat just needed routine cleaning. The work was carefully, professionally and efficiently completed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. My furniture looks great!

Louis is very professional. He showed up on time and got things set up. He explained to me what he was going to do and answered all of my questions. It turned out that it took him a longer time than estimated to finish up the job but he was very patient and took his time to cover all of the areas, instead of just rushing through. He showed that he really cares about quality of his work. Overall, I am satisfied with his work.

He did a quick and through job cleaning each of the rooms, having us check to make sure we were satisfied on the results for each room. He was done quickly and timely. Very badly. My initial experience with Louis Ierino cleaning a sofa went fine. Based on this, I hired him to clean two bedroom carpets in a small apartment building. From the beginning, Mr. Ierino was very agitated and aggressive. Made a big deal out of everything. I showed him the two apts, and left, with the understanding he would contact me when he finished. He did not give me a projected time frame. When he contacted me some time later, I quickly responded, telling him was in a meeting, and would be there in a half-hour to 45 minutes. He went ballistic, expecting me to race over there at his beck-and-call. Said he was leaving. When I arrived a half-hour later, I found one of the apartments unlocked with all of the lights left on. The quality of carpet cleaning in one apt. was OK. The carpet was still slightly damp from the cleaning. In the other one, it was not OK. Didn't even look like it had been done. The carpet was bone-dry. Though his company is called Discount Carpet Cleaning, Mr. Ierino demanded a fairly highly price for a very simple project. When I texted him again, tactfully asked for some input on the unacceptable carpet, Mr. Ierino responded with insulting and aggressive texts. I have paid his bill, though will not use him, not do I recommend him.

Louie done a great job, much better than other companies I've used in the past. He worked until the job was done and didn't rush. I'm extremely happy with the job he done and will be recommending him to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned.

The carpet looks immensely better. Louis explained that some of the stains were permanent due to their interactions with furniture, but even those were much less noticeable after treatment. He scheduled the cleaning quickly and the price was extremely reasonable.

Louis got stains and smells and dog drippings out of my carpet and my sofa- Amazing!! Deodorized and Scotch guarded and they are like new!! It was a tedious job and he did it all!!!

Wonderful. My family owns rental properties and has used Louie for years to clean after tenants. I moved into a house with almost white carpet and stains I couldn't get out with any cleaner. The previous owners tried to have them cleaned but no luck either. Louie took care of them. He was polite, kind, professional, and his price was a steal. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Louie does a very nice job; couldn't ask for better. I have a Jack Russel terrier who unfortunately urinates indoors on occasion, and Louie can get the stains and smell out of the carpet in the dog's favorite "corner".
