The carpet was cleaned quickly and at low cost.

The worse job I have ever had done! I would NOT recommend this company at all! I had my carpet cleaned on Wednesday, and its now Saturday at 5:30,and my carpets are still soaked, and dirty! He is an extremely rude man! Please, don't use this company,he isn't A rating!

Very well!!!!! Louis was extremely thorough and worked diligently to remove some really ugly pet stains. Initially I thought that they had completely disappeared but their slight shadows showed up once the carpet dried. The carpeting is at least 15 years old but it sure doesn't look it now! He did an awesome job! I would completely recommend his services without reservation. I should mention that the carpeting is off white and therefore shows EVERYTHING. He really did do an amazing job removing the evidence of our new puppy.

Mr Ierino was on time and worked efficiently to accomplish the task. He is very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning.

Louie's equipment is hauled on a trailer and is powered by outlets and the water tap inside the home to be cleaned rather than being a self-contained unit. He is much more conscientious about the carpet than any other aspect of the job. I'm picky and it was not my impression that the carpet was all that dirty, but Louie repeatedly noted otherwise. He sprayed and sprayed the carpet until it seemed saturated to me. I asked him repeatedly to quit spraying from his various bottles (there must have been six) but the words were no sooner out of my mouth than he was spraying again. He assured me that the carpet would be dry in a couple of days if I left the ceiling fan and AC on and it was. I think I am a little more used to someone more professional and would look for someone else the next time.

Louis did a great job, cleaning carpets in 5 rooms. He was here on time, even early, and was very courteous and personable. He thoroughly treated stains and had me inspect and approve along the way. He explained what to do afterwards and gave suggestions on how to keep the carpets cleaned longer.

The the cleaning was good considering how bad the carpets were in our home. My concern was that our newly painted walls were scuffed up during the service.

Louie was courteous, punctual and and completed the job in the expected time without any issues or concerns. He was respectful to our property and mindful to remind us certain things to take care of after he was done.

Louie contacted me via phone soon after I sought help through Angie's list. He was easy to talk to, professional yet personable. We set a time for his arrival. He arrived right on time and got things set up. I've had our carpets cleaned before by other commercial businesses and let me tell you, Louie was leaps and bounds ahead of the service workers we've had before. Turns out he used to have his own carpet cleaning business. This guy knows what he is doing! Plus he is affable and i enjoyed his ease in educating me about some of the aspects of carpet cleaning. He didn't waste time and got down to work. I went off and did other chores. He finished in a timely manner and our carpets looked great. More importantly for me, we didn't have that harsh chemical or fake deodorizer smell that leaves one with a headache. It smelled....clean. I joined Angie's list because I was tired of hiring workers whose work ethic had a lot to be desired. Guys like Louie, are why I deeply appreciate all that Angie's List has to offer. Thanks Louie! But Louie came back several days after it had dried and put another type of spot remover on the carpet--all at no additional cost! I'd recommend him anytime--in a heartbeat.

The carpet was soiled badly and Louie worked a long time spot cleaning. He did a beautiful job with what he had to work with.

Provider arrived when we agreed. In fact he suggested a Saturday as better time due to improved weather (i.e. quicker drying)...and he was right. Carpets dried quickly. Carpets looked revitalized when the job was completed. The couple of pet stains were removed and stayed removed. Provider pointed out a couple of spots (i.e. rust stain left from skis) they he would have trouble with and did a great job with setting expectations. You could tell he has had challenges with customers on this in the past. Very friendly. This appears to be a one guy operation but the job was done well. Would hire him again.

Excellent work. Louie was incredibly efficient and fit us in very quickly which really helped as we moved into a new home. I found the work to be great the carpets are clean and ready to go.

He pointed out areas that had been saturated with soap residue and removed most of it.

He did carpet cleaning. He charged me extra for some gas. I think the carpet was cleaned very well. One negative was that he bumped into the wall and I had to get the marks out. He wanted to be able to position his equipment a very particular way and he didn’t think he could back it up in the drive way. We spent 30 minutes on going back and forth with him on how he can do it. It really kind of got on my nerve and I spent 30 minutes of my time to talk him through that. Once he got it he was very nice and he did a good job.

It was a great experience. This is a new house to us, completely empty, and we wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in. There's lots of floor space and most of it has carpeting. Also carpeting on 2 sets of stairs. The carpets looked as though they hadn't been professionally cleaned in a while and there were stains in several places--some very large ones in the basement. By the time Louis got done, the stains had disappeared and the carpet looked almost new. (Despite the age of the carpet.) I don't know what he sprayed on the stains (he told me...I forget), but it did a wonderful job of making them disappear. Most of it is pale carpet, but you'd never know it had ever been soiled. It dried in no time. It was also dry by the next morning. Easily. Probably before. We purchased Louis's $113 deal and only had to pay an extra $65 for the remaining carpet, which were big spaces. No ways you'd get that kind of deal with a chain carpet cleaning business. So Louis goes on our favorites list. He's now our go-to carpet cleaner. He was very nice and honest, which we appreciate very much. Thank you, Louis!!

Carpet was very well cleaned - no problem with it. Took a long time to dry-almost 2 days. Louis was very friendly. Have used carpet cleaners, but like Pro-Chem carpet cleaners better.

I was really impressed by the quality of this man's work. He replied within an hour of receiving my request through Angie's List for a quote on cleaning my carpets, worked with me to find a date to clean the carpets (we scheduled within a week), and was early to the job - something I am especially respectful of. I left him to do his job and returned two hours later just as he was rolling up the hoses. He discussed what he had found as he was cleaning the carpets, gave me instructions on how to get them to dry the fastest, and explained the problem we were having with a deteriorating carpet pad. He is obviously knowledgable about carpet types and how best to clean them and offered advice about how to keep the carpet clean while we try to squeeze out another year or two before replacing it. I would definitely recommend this service for any carpet needs!

muchHe arrived on time, even a little early. Reviewed the areas to be cleaned and just got to work. He was realistic and honest about spots he could not remove...which I knew couldn't be completely removed. Louis is very nice, very personable and does a great job. He did more than I expected for the price.

Louie did a fantastic job! He was careful not to use a machine with too much suction which might damage the fabric. The "before" and "after" difference is INCREDIBLE! He arrived on time, was very pleasant, worked efficiently, and shared some valuable information on the care of the upholstery and carpeting. His price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and will definitely use him again.
