Description of Work: Louis was punctual and worked very h****** our carpet, which was very dirty. You simply can't beat his very reasonable prices. The only downside is that because the carpet was pretty dirty, it did take a few days before the carpet was completely dry after cleaning.

Louis was wonderful. We are just moving into a new retail location ("The HIDEOUT in Judah") and we wanted to have the carpet thoroughly cleaned before our move in. Louis does very good work: everything was explained,. even the special stain removers he was using. He drew our attention to any previous wear and tear -- and its likely cause. He also gave us tips on how we could avoid such damage in the future, and also how to prolong the life of our carpet maybe another 10 years with good care.

Louis was very punctual and did a great job on the chair. It looks much brighter and cleaner then before. I particularly wanted it cleaned because I had blotted up a small mark and the water left a very visible ring on the arm after it dried--but no more! Would definitely have him back again.

It went very well. Provider was very cooperative and punctual. He explained what he was doing and pointed out problem areas. I was very pleased and will use him again. Our movers had tracked in a great deal of mud and the rooms are now spotless.

Provider was late for scheduled appointment, but it's my understanding that the customer before me changed scope and number of rooms. I started out being pretty annoyed, but then appreciated that provider asked questions about pets and stains, and took some time to pre-treat traffic areas and stains. Was easy to get in contact with initially and schedule work, was efficient yet friendly in the course of completing the work. Would recommend them again, but i just moved into a home with all hardwood floors!

This is a sofa that we love, but thought we would have to part with a favorite of guests and grand children, lots of wear. It looks like new and inviting again! Louie was very pleasant, knowledgeable and nice yo chat with.
