BJ McKinney did an awesome job diagnosing the best way to fix the problem. The pipes in the basement were in a horrible place and covered up by the air conditioner ducts. BJ suggested the most economical way to fix my problem was to install a union to repair the broken pipe from the top side. This necessitated cutting a hole in the bottom of the cabinet to access the pipe. BJ did this very neatly and the repair looked very good. The repair also involved installing two shut off valves for the hot water pipe that broke and the pipe that went to the dishwasher. From call to done in less than an hour and a half!! Again, I can't say enough positive things about this company and the employee they sent to fix my problem!! BJ McKinney, you made an overall crappy day I was having so much better!!!! Thanks again! You guys will be the first company I always call!!!

The son of the owner, Mica came out, very respectful and nice. He was able to get in see exactly what the issue was. He explained to us what happened and why it may have happened. He gave me recommendations on how to prevent it from happening it again. He replaced the motor on it about thirty minutes. He is in and out, he was on it, very nice.

I thought it was a simple, routine procedure, but the technician did a thorough job and gave me a professional report. I was so impressed that I started asking him about how to find a good HVAC system for my son with special needs. He spent over half an hour answering all of my questions and then sent me a research paper that explained the health impacts of various aspect of a HVAC system. Needless to say, I called them for an estimate when I was ready to replace my system. The same technician brought the owner, Charlie, to discuss my needs with me and made very specific recommendations. Because of my son's medical needs, I had to do some further research. Charlie guided me through the research and answered all of my 38 emails. When I told him I had a budget constraint and had to buy another brand that was offering a huge instant rebate at the moment, he did not take offense. Rather, he graciously gave me advice on how to find the best company for the brand and how to secure a proposal that suited my son's needs. I was utterly amazed. I was able to buy a system that fit my budget and my son's needs. I could not have done that without the generous help of Charlie. Commercial Service is truly customer-centered. I will highly recommend them at any time.

Went well. I had bought my house in the fall, come winter the unit started making noises that I didn't care for. Commercial Service came out and checked out my entire system. The unit was fine and all my answers were answered. Turned out the noises are normal with that particular model and they did a wonderful job explaining what exactly was making the noise. I was very happy with the service and reassured afterward.

We have an annual service contract with them. I just think they're great. They come in the spring and the fall for maintenance. The contract covers a fall checkup of the furnace, and a spring checkup on the A/C and I believe we get a discount on any service we might need, and they guarantee that they would come out quickly, that we'd be prioritized if we have a problem if we are annual maintenance customers. As with the installation of the system, they are just very trustworthy, efficient, friendly, and seem to do good work.

We had a great experience. They discovered that we were leaking a small amount of carbon monoxide in our system. So they replaced the whole HVAC system. They did a great job, they were very personable. They didn't make any mess, worked quickly.

We are very pleased with the entire experience from obtaining a quote to have the product installed. Our questions were all answered completely. There was no hard sell just professional and personable service. The professionals installing the water heater called 15 minutes before they arrived and started their installation on time. They were quick and competent, their work area was left clean. They answered my questions and were pleasant to deal with. The price of the water heater was competitive and we got a quality item with great service. I now use Commercial Service and R&S Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. I can't recommend them any higher

Fantastic Job! We had recently purchased our home and after only a few months, the A/C unit went on the fritz. Commercial Service came out the next day and checked out system. After telling us the bad news, they offered that if we went with them, they would charge our current unit for free. We went them and they were nothing but professional and quick, knowing we needed it installed before the heat became too much of an issue. Thank you for everything!

Charlie was very good. It was really cold that day and he inspected all the units outside (including the furnace in our sold garage)and went into the crawl to inspect the duct work. We had bought the house about 7 months prior (during summer) and the seller had an acquaintance install programmable thermostat shortly before we took possession. The therm was programmed incorrectly (1 stage vs. 2 stage heat pump). The system was completely by-passing the heat pump stage and only blowing warm air when the hi-powered coils were on. After looking up the specs, he correctly programmed the thermostat and we haven't had a problem since. Sorry for the late review...Thanks.

On the day of the scheduled appointment, no one showed up. There was a scheduling snafu that I wasn't too pleased about. However, Charlie called up and owned the issue, and ensured a technician would show up at the very first opportunity the next business day, so we're happy with the resolution. As for the service itself, the technician was friendly and professional and he took the time to answer all our questions and made sure everything was in tip top shape.

He came, looked at it and gave us a price and did it same day. It took about 3 hours or so - he tied into the gas line in our laundry room and ran a flexible line and up into the fireplace so we can have gas logs. He was fast, polite and neat. I am just mad at myself because I had a spigot issue outside and I didn't connect that I had a plumber in my house until he was gone so now I will be calling again tomorrow for another visit. They are great to work with - I will call Commercial Service when I need plumbing, heating and cooling help. This is the second time I have called - very satisfied both time and they work around my schedule so very well.
