Commercial Service

I called Commercial at 4:00, a tech was here at 4:30 and checked, found the AC dead, a salesman was here at 5:00, a contract done before 5:30, and the air conditioning team arrived with the new air conditioner at 8 a.m. the next day. They finished around noon. I am delighted with the prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

They arrived when they said they would, completed the repair quickly, and were polite and informative.

It went great. They were very responsive, they followed up after the service, and were very prompt in returning our calls.

Couldn't have been better. They discussed plans and options for installation. They arrived on time, performed the service as planned and had excellent follow-up.

I was very pleased with Commercial Service. Joe Garman was the salesman with whom I worked. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and patiently answered many questions via email. I obtained estimates from three different HVAC companies and Commercial offered the most bang for the buck. After installation, James, one of the technicians, took time to show me how to change the furnace filter and answer any questions I had about the new furnace and air conditioning unit. I have retained Commercial to continue providing maintenance for my heating/cooling system. They answer emails promptly and are very courteous. I recommend them highly.

They’re very professional. They warranty all of their work. Someone came to our house to give an estimate of the cost. If we use their service that cost would be reimbursed would be absorb of the services that not happened. They really know what they’re talking about. They were easy to talk to and get a long with. They’re very responsive. Overall they provided us an excellent job.

Everybody that works there is very friendly. They were clean and you can ask them any questions. Everything is really efficient and we haven't had any problems with them since they've been servicing our system twice a year.

The day before the installation, we had a major snow storm. My wife expected Commercial Service (CS) to cancel. They didn't and they showed up on time. Their first concern was making sure the carpet was protected so that it didn't get dirty from them going in and out. The outside became a muddy mess but they didn't mess up our home. They even took their shoes off. They needed to remove the old furnace and relocate the existing hot water heater. In doing so, they found that the water shut off valve on the main water line into the home and on the hot water heater both leaked. They replaced both valves, which was beyond the scope of the quote, and didn't charge for it. The installation was very tedious and took two full days. It became very challenging to install the new furnace, due to space limitations. However they put their heads together, kept me appraised of their thoughts and made me part of the decision making process, which I appreciated. In the end, they came up with a very creative solution that insured proper operation, adequate return cold air and allowed the unit to be serviced in the future. They worked tirelessly all day, barely taking any breaks. Even though the installation wasn't complete, they made sure we had heat for the night. Next day they arrived on time and were back at it. They finished the furnace installation, got the AC unit installed and up and running. Installed the 3 Honeywell ProVision Programmable thermostats, cleaned the ductwork and cleaned my dryer vent. They provided a detailed overview of the operation of the system and trained me and my wife on programming the thermostats, should we want to make any changes. All of the CS people were very professional and cordial. They answered all of my questions in a very informative and patient manner. The sales person assisted with completing and submitting rebate paperwork to my utilities and took care of the Trane rebate as well. The sales person was VERY knowledgeable and provided a lot of great information. From top to bottom I would HIGHLY recommend Commercial Services.

The gentlemen were very friendly - and extremely nice to our dog (which means a lot to our family). They took the time to explain everything they were doing in detail and showed me their progress along the way. That's bonus points in my opinion because they weren't just here to do the job in time - they really cared about my future business with them. They were here until early afternoon and left the place spotless. I was very impressed! I've dealt with other AC/Heating companies through town and there's absolutely no comparison to the service and quality you will get with Commercial Services. Jim, Aaron and Joe - we thank you!

Commercial Services was prompt to send out a technician who diagnosed a failing A/C unit. The tech scheduled a sales rep for the the next day and the rep was able to help me choose the right product for my needs and size of home. The sales rep was quick to point out why I didn't need the high zoot/expensive unit - his interests seemed to be genuinely placed on selling me the proper unit for my needs. The install crew showed up right on schedule and performed thier job without incident. Afterwards though, there was a new rumbling from the blower. A second Technician was sent to diagnose this rumble, but as he was not able to say for sure, he said he would contact me the next day with a better explanation. And that was the last I heard from them. The rumble has since diminished almost entirely, so there is no real reason for me to call them on the issue, but I was a bit disappointed in their lack of response. The A/C however, was great in the warm months and the price was reasonable. I'm glad to have that problem fixed and hopefully when Comercial Services replaces my furnace in 2013, the system will be entirely good.

They showed up on time, and completed the job same day. They cleaned up after themselves, answered all questions I had, and did a excellent job of installing the system. No complaints.

Everyone that I spoke with from Commercial Service was friendly, respectful, very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions in detail, and quickly provided the services that I requested. They offered a quote well under those of other companies for comparable products. They worked with me to provide financing that fit my needs. Overall, I felt very comfortable working with the gentlemen from Commercial Service.

They had Indiana geothermal do the dig for the out side loop which was a separate charge of $2,925. Commercial came in and had the new furnace put in along with some new duct work and had every thing done and cleaned up with in 2 days. every one was very kind and very professional. we would recommend commercial service to any one.

They replaced the system that the other company couldn’t take care of. They were highly responsive, worked very quickly, were very reasonably priced and did an excellent job.

The guys showed up on time, gave me an estimate for how long it might take to install, did the installation, tested everything, and showed me where specific things were located. They removed all everything from the house (old AC and heater as well as all packing materials for the new install). Joe was outstanding at maintaining communication with me. They all did a great job. I would call them again, without hesitation.

I have used Commercial Service for a number of years to service my old unit. My initial consultation with Joe Garman was very low key. Absolutely no sales pressure. He explained in detail what each system could accomplish and made suggestions based on the size of my house and how much I wanted to spend. He asked me questions re how "green" I wanted to be and based on my answers narrowed down my choices for me. They worked with me around my schedule for the actual installation date which was about ten days after the initial consultation.It could have been sooner but I wanted to get my skittish dogs into Day Care.The two technicians/installers arrived on time and completed the work much faster than I had anticipated. The did a very tidy install by using existing access/egress points and cleaned up thoroughly after them . I was walked through using the new thermostat - tech removed his shoes to come upstairs! Nice touchAll the old equipment was removed from my driveway. Company filled out the rebates I was getting from local electric and gas companies and took care of those for me. Very happy with the service I received. I would have no hesitation in recommending Commercial Service and have done so many times.

I'm very pleased with their work. They came in when they would, their people were very good and quick, also very prompt, they came on time.

They're very friendly, they get to the work, and get it done. I give them high ratings and will use them again in the future if needed.

They did an ok job. They did call on a follow up. They wanted to replace a part that was a total cost of three hundred dollars. I ordered the part online for ten dollars and fixed it myself.

I have used Commercial Service for almost 30 years and over the decades they installed central AC in home #1, replaced a 22 year old heating/AC system in home #2 and a year ago replaced an 18 year old system (plus added a humidifier) to my current, and hopefully final home. Everyone from the person that answers the phone to the service technicians are professional and friendly. When I was having trouble with the humidifier, service calls were scheduled quickly and the technician was always punctual. Their name should be Customer Service -- they know how to do it right and I can't say enough good things about this company.

I have a service contract with them. They have also replaced the furnace and they are really good. I will continue to use them in the future.
