Description of Work: Replaced old toilet with new. BJ was the service person. He was professional, helpful, and did an excellent job. Additionally he was a very nice person.

Description of Work: I had been trying to get my home warranty company to send someone out to fix the air conditioning for 4 days; they had already tried 3 different contractors who weren't available or were being unresponsive. My son has asthma, so with no a/c, I had been forced to pack up my son and the dogs and stay elsewhere for days. I finally called to complain, and they agreed to allow me to use Commercial Service (even though they aren't a "contracted" vendor). | |Before I could even hang up with the warranty company, Grant frok Commercial Service called, and offered to have someone at my house within the hour. Their technician, Brett, was exactly on time. He was clean, and arrived in a marked vehicle and wearing a uniform. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. Not only that, he brought the bad part in to show me what had happened, explained some additional information to me, let me ask questions, etc. He was extremely helpful and considerate. He made sure everything was working again before he left, and even checked the filter and other parts for me while he was there. Additionally, Commercial Service now provides credit card swipers for their technicians, and they are getting ready to go completely paperless, so you can pay with a credit/debit card and get an emailed receipt. | |This is not the first time Commercial Service has come to my rescue when my home warranty company and their regular vendors let me down. I have also used their plumbing division (R&S) and been equally satisfied. I highly recommend this vendor, and will most definitely use them again!

Description of Work: My son paid for a service contract for his heat/air for one year, the technician replaced a part on the air conditioner and serviced it. He also replaced a valve on the hot water heater.

Description of Work: They were om time, fixed issues that existed with air ducts, installed a quality product at a great price and the system is working better than our old system ever did.

Description of Work: My pipes had frozen, and they came out right away to fix them. The fix was easier than I anticipated, and also cheaper. They ended up taking out some frozen pipes and replacing them. They also removed a water softener that I don't use and don't want. I mentioned to the plumber that I'd want it removed at some point, and he called his office and then told me that they'd be willing to remove it that day, while the other repair was being done. That was easier for them, and also for me, so I appreciated the offer.

Description of Work: Kitchen sink was clogged, they snaked it with the hand one, was unable to get it unclogged, the guy had to get the Sewer snake, very large electric one, It work and sink was unclogged ran water for abt 15mins all good took abt 45 mins, guy left did dishes, started to clogged up again.. UGH! Called back, this was at 5pm , on a THursday, the guy came back out did some snaking again, pull the big sewer snake out, still nothing, went to the pipe down in utility room, did some banging and snaking from pipe down below, Finally water started to flow,. Plumber thinks It might of been some sludge that stuck in pipes and not moving... Robert did a great job getting the sink unclogged... and they did not charge to come back out again... I will use Commercial services again, as I do for my air condition / furnace maintenance work...

Description of Work: Used a deal from Angie for service call plus 1 hour labor for just $56. They fixed a leaking faucet and adjusted the toilet that "leaked" and ran after use in the master bathroom

Description of Work: The price was for an "Early Bird Special" to check air conditioner & do a 21 point tune up. Ours is old & he said it & the Heater he looked at, said both are going to need replaced soon. He quoted us a price of $1,500 to get both from them. Man was very nice, got here a bit early & was straight forward with us. :)

Service techs were very professional, courteous and took time to fully explain how new equipment operates. They took the time to install a new water shutoff valve when the discovered the original valve was not properly installed.

Description of Work: Had Commercial Service come out to give us annual service inspection. The company was very responsive to our call and flexible in the timing of the appointment. The technician was very polite and very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain our system to me. They were on time as scheduled and I would definitely have them back out again.

Description of Work: They fixed a loud banging noise that was coming from the furnace. Turns-out it could have been dangerous because it needed cleaning. They did a great job and we appreciate their work. We'd use them again.
