Description of Work: They removed and added new linoleum in the kitchen, new carpet in various areas of the house and new hardwood floors in the master bedroom. They were punctual and very professional in getting the work done. Kate their sales representative is great. The experience with them was fantastic and we would use them again.

Description of Work: The water heater in a large guest room broke, ruining all carpet and parquet in room and floor covering in bathroom. (Also holes had to be drilled in walls, giant fans, etc to dry out area, walls had to be redone, but this was prepared by other companies.) Carpets Plus Cover Tile was very helpful and patient as I searched for the color and texture of carpet. This company installed the carpet pad and carpet in the large bedroom, and cover base in |the bathroom. I am very pleased with the quality of work, and the wonderful feel and quality of pad and carpet. It is very comfortable. Thanks for the good work.

Description of Work: Can't remember the actual price of the tile but the service was great. Had the work done last year and just went back to have them take on another project.

Description of Work: Removed old carpet on basement stairs (14-step staircase) and installed new. Installation was GREAT, and quite fast. Communication and scheduling were not ideal; we needed the work done by a certain date - and we just barely made it (and I thought I had started on this project well in advance...).

Description of Work: I used this company about 1993. I was supposed to have tile, vinyl and carpet installed and the existing tub removed. Put down the money. Waited for their best installer who claimed first he couldn't pull out the tub and when reminded we had already contracted for that he said he would have to take out a wall to do it. My husband and his brother eventually took out the tub. Meantime, the installation crew started on the carpet and let a huge and every obvious seam in the middle of the floor. When I complained, he attempted to fix the problem by clipping the fibers around the seem which made it even more obvious. Without any notification, a few weeks later a poorly dressed guy showed up and claimed to be a district supervisor. He wanted to pull up the carpet and stretch it (or so he said). I wouldn't let him do it. Later I found out from the corporate office that he was related to someone in the Bloomington store and was not any kind of supervisor. At this point I fired the crew and hired the work in the bathroom to someone else. We never finished paying for the carpet and they never made any additional effort to correct the problem.

Description of Work: Probably not the cheapest carpet you can buy, but still very reasonable. They make up for this with excellent customer service and professionalism. I would definitely do business with them again.

Description of Work: Were very patient and informative while I searched for exactly the carpet I needed to replace what was totaled from a water heater self destructing. |Extremely satisfied with the carpet and pad and installation.
