Very well. Randy and Marty were great to work with. Marty did an excellent job tearing up existing laminate flooring and cutting new tile to compensate for uneven walls. Would recommend these two !

Work was done quickly and clean-up was done well. We are pleased with the result.

I am very dissatisfied with this company! Carpets Plus Colortile were contracted out by Harris Services to restore my floors in my half bathroom, laundry room, and pantry after a small pipe broke in the bathroom the guy they sent was by himself he finished the pantry, and the laundry room and he was working on my half bathroom when he did not realize there was nothing holding up the sink; he leaned on it and the whole sink came out of the wall onto the floor the big pipe behind the sink completely broke off. There was water gushing out of the wall damaging six rooms and the garage closet. After he started, I add to leave to go to the doctor I was not gone long when I came back the garage door was cracked open with blood on it and I could hear the guy yelling for help. I went in and found the guy trying to stop the water that was gushing out hitting the wall and going down the furnace vent he told to me call someone immediately to come to shut the water off so I did but the water damage was very extensive to my house I do not know if they took responsibility for the damages; they did not send anyone from their company to assess the damage. Harris Services took a ton of pictures and fix most of the damages. Carpets Plus Colortile should have come out to assess the damage to my house too since they caused the damage. They did send another guy out to tear out the second water damaged floors and he replaced them they are okay but the carpeting in two rooms that got soaked they were not cleaned by Harris Services nor Carpets Plus Colortile so my carpets smelled awful for a very long time I could not go into my family room nor the game room in the basement for a very long time because I have breathing problems I have asthma so you can understand why I am very dissatisfied with Carpets Plus Colortile!!!!!!! I found out the carpets are not salvageable they have possible mold on the carpet pad that is still causing a smell, rust stains, and discolorations even after I had them cleaned. I have a right to very dissatisfied with this company!

Purchasing the tiles went well, and the contractor was excellent.

Very well, they arrived at the appointed time and completed the work quickly and professionally. The first time I purchased from them, I did the installation. I caught a sale and received a substantial discount. But the next day, they phoned to say that they had decided to use the same flooring in their sales display, and that they would reduce the price to match their dealer cost. I don't know of any other place that gives discounts after the sale. When I installed the engineered flooring, the pieces were not locking together properly when I followed the manufacturers instructions. I phoned to ask for help, and they gave me the mobile number so I could talk to one of their installers. After a brief conversation, I was able to complete the project successfully. I have dealt with them on three projects, and they treated me very well each time.

Awful. We were sold a wood that we were told was much harder than hickory (which we had already purchased) and the floor ended up being softer. CarpetsPlus did nothing but tell us we should have expected it and that the manufacturer would never honor the guarantee.

I thought they did a wonderful job. We had problems getting a crew that could do it. There were some delays, but once the work was done, it worked fine. We were very happy with it.

The service was fine. I was very satisfied. They were fine and I would recommend them.

The service was good. I used them two years ago, but I used them as soon as last year because I like their product so well and everything that I went back and bought for all the rest of my rooms. I like that they were easy to work with. When I would call and even when my salesman was not there, he would get the message when he returns and give me a call back. The only dislike I had is not their fault at all; that I live so far away that made it harder to get there and take samples back and everything like that because I live over an hour away from them. I like them. I do not think that their price is that great. I could have gotten it online cheaper, but I chose to deal with them instead. The quality of the product is excellent. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

After a miscommunication during our bathroom remodel, we had to scramble to find somebody who had vinyl flooring in stock and could get it installed the next day. Carpets Plus Colortile came to the rescue and had a two-man team installing a new vinyl remnant approximately 24 hours later. We were very pleased with the quality of the product and the installation.

They were very friendly. We had a person there that we worked with, and she gave us the time, and she was very knowledgeable, and they came when they said they were going to do it, and they did a really good job. Overall they were very good. The interaction with them was great.

I was very impressed with Carpets Plus Colortile's responsiveness. My daughter, who is a student, lives in a condo that I purchased in Bloomington. When a water pipe froze and broke and there was water damage to the living room, I had to arrange to have the repairs done remotely. Carpets Plus Colortile was by far the easiest company to work with. They were able to re-install the carpet the same week that I called them. I would recommend them for repairs and will shop with them if the need arises in the future.

Had an extra box of tile and was unable to return for credit. I did not understand that this would be the case as I had them figure the square footage needed.

Carpets Plus Colortile did what they said they were going to do. They showed up on time, and they followed up. They provided good customer service. We've used them numerous times.

The prices are high. I liked the fact that they have a wide selection. You can find the color you need there. They have multiple grouts available and a wide variety of colors. You always have to buy more than you need and they're helpful and knowledgeable.

I’ve hired on a number of occasions and it has always been good work. They do quality work and they are reliable. They do what they say they are going to do and their price is fair.

They were professional. There were some problems, they came back and fixed it. Other than that, everything has been fine. Their service was okay.

They did a fine job. I was very happy. They did a nice job as far as that goes. I had used them once before for carpeting way years ago and that’s why I went back to them because I had a reasonably good experience with them. In terms of what they did and helping me pick the tile and coordinating colors for the smaller tiles and that sort of thing, I thought they did a fine job. I’m not going to say it was perfection. I think they gave me a good estimate and the pricing was about what I expected. However, they did sort of overestimate on some of the tiles and I still have them sitting downstairs because once you open the box even if you just used one piece, you cannot return it and that was kind of a catch 22 because I ordered my tile and had everything ready for my guy who’s going to do the installation and so it was mine by that point but he didn’t actually start for a while so that 30 day limitation was I felt was kind of an unfair thing. That maybe standard but for me, it was not knowing that that was a standard thing and not knowing it until I’ve actually purchased it, I probably would have waited to purchased closer to the time that my guy was going to start. That was just a miscommunication on my part because I didn’t know that’s the question but in terms of measurements and helping me coordinate colors and things like that, they did fine. I do think they overestimated my need on one thing and that could have been corrected easily but I didn’t know until it was too late. I’ve been very happy with the quality. I have recommended them to other people already and I would go back again because I think my problem was communication issues that if I’ve known to ask the question next time.

They’ve been very helpful. The person who actually installed it works but was moonlighting when he did it but they were very nice to work with. They try very hard to work with me and find samples. I went back because I had to get a little key to put under a door case thing after the fact and they worked really hard to find the matching piece.

They came and did some measurements. We decided because of the price that we weren’t going forward right now.

It turned out well. There was a slight delay. There was some confusion over they ordered it and the company didn’t found it but that was a minor glitch. They did a good job. Things looked like we wanted them to and we were happy with it. I don’t remember the price but I remember it being reasonable. I would use them again. They were helpful and working with them was pleasant. The work got done without any hassles. We thought the price was at least reasonable if not, a good price. We paid a little more for extra quality and we were glad we did. They always got back to us whenever we had any kind of concern. They were very quick on getting back to us. There was one person who was in charge and so we didn’t get passed around. There was just one slowdown that was not really their fault. I’m not sure if they could have done more to do something about it but it wasn’t a big deal. They were very professional.

It was fine. The people who did the laminate were just very polite. They were all very good. The work was professional and on time. They did a good job.

It was fine. I was satisfied with their work. I was in a very big hurry so I never did competitive shoping which is my norm but we only had like a week to re-carpet before our moving date so they were very accessible and I knew what I wanted so everything was fine. Next time I re-carpet, if I have to do it again, I will go out for more competitive bid but I didn’t have time to do that so I don’t know if they are high or low compared to what the market is in this town.
