Carpets Plus Colortile

It went pretty well. We have no problems whatsoever. We were satisfied with the work. The price is fair and that’s why I selected them in the first place. They did good work. They came and did the work when they said they would.

The cost of the service was about $1,100 or $1,200 which included all the labor, the carpet and everything that they used.

It turned out well and everything was done to my satisfaction. They were a great company and I would definitely use them again.

It turned out fine. They have done tile work in my bathroom as well in the past. I do not remember how much they charged me for the carpet installation but it was a reasonable cost. Their carpets and tiles have good quality. The product lines that they handle are very good and the quality of their workmanship is good too. On most things, they do not carry that much in their stock so the materials had to be ordered but the deliveries were prompt and the installations were prompt too. Here in Bloomington, our local newspaper has an annual survey of things like restaurants and what have you and under flooring services, they were the first choice for the people that answered the poll.

They did a very nice job but I do not know how much they charged me for the service. They had a good selection and their price was in the middle range of the prices of everybody else. They came out, did a good job and did it properly. The quality of their work was good.

It was just fine but I do not remember the square footage of the pad.

I guess they were okay. Their price was fair. The problem was they didn’t have enough materials so we had to cut some corners. They were like a box short.

They came when they were supposed to come, they had reasonable price and got the job done on time when we moved in to our house. They are not cheap but they offer more unique services.

They are fabulous and very good. Actually their tile was cheaper than any place else for the same quality. They gave discounts and I didn’t even know about it until they were talking to me. It was kind of nice. There was a problem with the patio and they caught it. They had to be fixed it before they could do it.

Beautiful tile selection at store. Found tile for our kitchen backsplash. Good service with prompt delivery to store for pickup. Would use again

Not well. They ordered the wrong kind of hardwood.

Great! There was a wide selection of tile, grout colors & installation products. The staff was knowledgeable & educated us in the products necessary to complete our project properly. It came out looking very professional (we did hire a ceramic installer!). Only reason for a "B" rating was the pricing... Thought their prices were a bit high, but then, I must admit that it could just be age adjusting to the sticker shock of the 21st century! Quality of all was very nice - guess you get what you pay for.

Removed old carpet and placed bamboo flooring. The workmanship was good, they were professional and did the work timely.

Tile install was very good. A few glitches re: not having enough tile, which required reordering and a couple days of delay in project completion.

They were fast and professional. I would have liked a slightly larger collection in their discounted carpets.

I needed to match some tile for a repair. They were very helpful. Although I could not find an exact match they helped me find something very close.

The were on time and did a good job. Dura Ceramic tiles are different than most so I wanted an installer that knew the product and its installation. The were professional and put the materials in correctly. I was happy with the job.

I have patronized Carpets Plus several times for tile, carpet, and vinyl flooring. The salespeople are very helpful and their installers are the best!

Installer were on time,neat ,polite and cleaned up well after themselves. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to others.

I absolutely love this store and plan to do more business here in the future. The choices in their west store are plenty from hardwood to carpet to tile and everything in between. The installers that came to our home were extremely nice. We had recently moved and nothing in our home was put together. The installers were always courteous of our time (and theirs). The workers in store were also great. I spoke with the owner who walked me thru all the different types of hardwood and kindly explained what she thought would best suit my family's need. I pretty much let her pick it out :) Can't wait to go back when it's time to do our bathrooms!

They installed the carpet in a timely manner. There was no mess. I would recommend them for carpet and tile installation.

The installers arrived on time, did a wonderful job of installation and cleaned up their messes....we had 2 days of work to be done. They were clean and professional. We have used Carpet Plus Colortile in the past and was very satisfied is why we went back to them without shopping around...we knew we could depend on them and the job would be done to our satisfaction.

Salesman was very helpful with providing many options on carpet based on Price range and tight budget. The Budget I had did not effect the quality of service form them as far as in-store help went. I tried working with other carpet stores in town and pretty much got snubbed due to how much I had to spend. He Upgraded the pad for free. Salesman worked the schedule over to get carpet installed very quickly...day before Thanksgiving. Contractors who installed the carpet did an extremely good job. Capet was installed in a 100 year old house. Room was not a typical square/Rectangle layout and outcome was actually better than I had hoped for.
