Description of Work: In June, we selected a cut marble mosaic for a contractor to install as a kitchen backsplash. Their distributor back ordered the tile until October. Rather than wait, we selected an alternative pattern which cost about $110.00 more. They waived the price increase and had the tile for us in less than a week. Carpets Plus Colortile is our go-to source for tile and flooring.

Response from Carpets Plus Colortile
Customer never came in the store. The shower they currently have installed by someone else is leaking. The customer wanted a patch, we could not in good faith patch the shower and warranty our work. As a result we recommended removal of entire shower and mentioned several pricing options to the customer. We then referred customer to Pristine Stone and Tile, a independent tile contractor who may be willing to take on the risk of this job. Unfortunately we could not guarantee this job which in turn affects our reputation for the quality of work we are known for.
