Everything went well.

We needed to replace duct work. House was so low to the ground that rusted out duct work was smashed between the house and the ground. We called them for an estimate. They came out and did the estimate right away. We hired them. Took them a few weeks to get to us but WOW they were worth it. Those guys worked so hard and fast. They worked rain or shine. Took them a week. Some days it rained and they were covered in mud. But they kept right on working. They even fixed some problems that were not on the estimate, free of charge. I love their commitment to getting the job done, and done right. These guys are awesome. They really worked hard. Only problem I had was a little too much cursing going on around my 2 year old. But they deserved to cuss, considering the work they were doing.

We loved the work they did. We can’t believe all of the work that was completed for the price we paid. They installed vents that open and close by themselves no more going under the house to open vents. Yea! If you need any stonework done these are the people to call.

After a few weather delays, the Baker Stone Work team came and tore down my deteriorating chimney (which had been built with low-quality bricks when my home was constructed; we had it repaired, bricks replaced, the whole thing sealed and re-sealed several times in 10 years, and finally opted to replace the whole chimney). Tearing down the chimney took the Baker team two days, and it took about a week to rebuild it with new brick. Add in one day to build the scaffolding, and another to take it down, and within about 2 weeks (with delays for bad weather) we had a new chimney. I no longer encounter chips of brick on our back walk every time I go outside!

The owners were friendly and knowledgable and followed through efficiently both in completing the estimate and in scheduling the work once we agreed to move forward with their estimate. The crew worked diligently and capably and finished the work in less than two days, between larger projects, and the owners followed up with me Though the pricer was high (almost double the estimate we got from another service provider), It was a pleasure for work with them and I think that I received a higher quality and quantity of work that I otherwise would have.

When I received the written quote it was nicely presented and itemized. I will consider Baker Stone Work for masonry or foundation work I need done in the future.

We still haven't had him out for the work. He was very friendly. It's easy to ask questions. He dealt with us very well.

They were done in about 5-6 hours, and the results were top-rate! They were attentive to detail, leveling out the now-ground-level flower bed, and reusing sod where the pipe trench had been dug. The price of the stonework was adjusted fairly from the rebuild initailly planned to the stone removal without a hitch. I was completely satisfied, and will call them again when needed.

They gave me an estimate and did a good job too. It took them three days to finish. They were great. They came when they said they were going to come. They did everything on budget. They worked the whole day and they were great. I will work with them again. They were absolutely the best that I've dealt with. They were the first company that I've ever dealt with that actually came out here.

Wonderful! Sharron showed up at a set appointment time and reviewed the work together. She gave recommendations as to what was needed. She submitted an estimate for the work in a timely manner and communicated very well, and promptly, through email and on the phone. The workers were delayed due to the job they were working, but Sharron communicated the day or two before the work was to begin. ( I understand this due to being a contractor myself. At times you find things that need addressing only when you get into the job. ) The work commenced as agreed. The lead man called me when he had questions about some of the details as to where to place the extra dirt. He did not just take it into his own hands. The timing of the job was right on. No surprises with the invoice. Our yard looks great. If you need drain work and/or masonry work done, call this company. You won't be disappointed!

They arrived when expected and performed all tasks systematically and professionally. The company management had provided the workers with the information that was exchanged during the estimate and they knew my concerns when they arrived. I also discussed the problems with them to avoid any possible confusion. The company management stopped by periodically during the project to see that all was progressing satisfactorily. They asked my thoughts of the progress of the work many times during the project and were quite willing to discuss any potential issues that came to mind. The final project cost was identical to the original estimate.
