Aim To Please Plumbing & Electric

Simply impressed! Aim to Please called to inform that the Service Agent (Ryan) would be arriving at a specific time. Given delay at a current task, the company called again and asked if it was okay for the agent to be delayed another 20 minutes. I concurred - the Service Agent ultimately arrived within the window anticipated by the company. Ryan was extremely courteous; his professional demeanor was impressive; and it was obvious that he was well trained in his trade. While repairing my ruptured piping, he took the time to explain what he was doing and how the repair would be accomplished. In the end, the repair was accomplished as expected. The area inside and outside my home where repairs were effected, was spotless upon completion of the repair. I've been on the receiving end of professional plumbing services many times over the course of the past 25+ years - no one can hold a candle to "Aim to Please Plumbing & Electric"!! Ryan arrived at the door approximately five minutes passed the appointment time, which was fine as I was running a little late and this was not a problem at all. When he came to the door and came in, before I knew it, his shoes were off as I took him to the bathroom where the faucet needed to be replaced. After showing him an alternate way to the driveway (through our garage)(, Ryan immediately got his shoes and proceeded to work. I was able to work on personal business a half floor below without feeling as if I needed to keep an eye on Ryan and his work. He accomplished a difficult job without any problem or damage and I was very pleased with the work. Also, as the owner of two dogs, Ryan learned their names, mentioned he had a dog of his own, and although the dogs were locked downstairs with me, their presence did not bother Ryan at all. I have had other contractor and service/repair people come to the house to work on larger and smaller projects and the workers a lot of times would be of a questionable character, so I was very happy that Ryan presented himself as a clean, intelligent, and thoroughly trustworthy person. It is said that one makes an opinion of a person within the first five seconds and Ryan had to have been the cleanest person to come to my house to do repair/maintenance work!

Called in the morning, came in the afternoon when they said they would be here.

I appreciated that he explained clearly the problem with old galvanized and copper pipes, and was honest and kind about the options for replumbing the house. Ryan was on time for the appointment, polite, professional, and clear in his assessment. This is the second time we have used Aim to Please and both times, I have been impressed with their professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Aim to Please to anyone in need of plumbing expertise. In fact, when we need electrical work, I will call them.

Installed two natural gas lines (line for dryer, and outdoor gas grill), then replaced a on/off switch for a jetted tub. Came out on a Wednesday, returned on Friday and had everything completed. I was hesitant to use them primarily because of the price (their price to instal the gas lines was very high) however didn't have time to get multiple quotes, and just had a relatively poor experience with another company that never did follow through. Everything went very well. They are responsive, punctual, and professional. No issues with the quality of the work. This is your classic example of you get what you pay for.

We have worked with Aim to Please several times in the past few years and have always been happy with their service and expertise. Today, the crew was Ryan and Nathan. They arrived exactly on time and set right to work. The cold water hose to our washing machine has been fused to the faucet for many years and I was growing concerned that it might eventually deteriorate and burst. I explained the problem to Ryan and Nathan and they described what they would probably have to do to fix it. They fixed the problem within an hour and were extremely courteous and professional the entire time. My husband and I have also had visits in the past from both Alan and Malachi. Everyone who works there is top-notch. I'm happy to have found plumbers who will do small jobs (unclogging drains) and electrical jobs too. Highly recommended.

Malachi Meeker arrive on time, he removed his outside shoes to keep our home clean, he was professional, helpful,and a quick worker. We will recommend him and use them again. They seem to aim high in their company standards and as their name suggest we are pleased.

Excellent service, support, and advice from Nathan and Ryan. I had to ask for specific time frame, they were very punctual, pleasant, very professional, and left shoes at front door. Quickly made repairs, dealt with my impromptu requests, provided maintainence education, and answered all of my questions. No attempt to 'up sell'. I thought the price was fair for the work accomplished and I gladly recommend them and will use them again. It appears that others on Angie's list have same opinion - I am very relieved to have found reliable plumbers.

The prices are fair. They kept the property intact. We had a very positive experience with them. They were wonderful to work with.

I have used him before and he is very good. His bid was the lowest and I refer him to friends and family. I will use him again in the future.

This is the second or third time we have used him and he has shown up thinking he is going to do something other than what we have called the office for. The person in the office missed the whole part about fans. A year ago he showed up so I could get him to do a bid for some work and he thought he was there to do the work, so he was all bent out of shape.

I'm satisfied with them. They are honest and they do a good job. Sometimes they are a little more pricey than I would have expected but they are reasonable. I would have appreciated a call beforehand as to what the price was going to be prior to the work being done.

They were great. The owner’s son came out and he was there for few hours. They were really helpful. I liked that they kept me informed about what they were doing. They were clean, courteous and didn’t try to sell any stuff. I really liked them a lot.

After reading other reviews here, I expected good service. I was not disappointed! Appointment was at 3:00. I hurried to be ready by 2:30, then sat down to wait, expecting them to arrive sometime before 3:30. The doorbell rang at 3:00 on the dot. Malachi and Nathan were friendly and professional. They came in, leaving their shoes at the door, and got right to work, doing an excellent job. They did not try to up-sell me on anything, but alerted me to small problems I should watch. Examples: "Your garbage disposal has a lot of rust on it; it's nearing the end of its life." "The cold-water shutoff under your sink doesn't shut off completely. No problem, we usually turn the water off at the street anyway." They left the area spotless. I love my new faucet. I will definitely use this company again.

I cant really remember the exact date; however, I believe it was about 1 year ago. Either way, I recently had a very bad experience with Weddle Plumbing which prompted me to ask my wife who the plumbing company was that came out for our water main. She said it was Aim to Please and I am very sorry I forgot when I recently hired Weddle for some plumbing work. Either way, I will never forget again. Aim TO Please is at the top of my contractor list from now on. I came home from vacation and my landscaping appeared to look like a small pond in my front yard. I found water bubbling up by the water main. Our Utility company refused to do anything so I called AIm To Please on a whim and they responded with in 4 hours to get my house water back on. I own a small business as well and I had to get to work so I could not be home. I believe they brought out a backhoe to dig to the water main. They had it fixed really fast and called me to let me know. Even better was that they trusted me to pay my bill through paypal. The lady at the office was very polite and helpful. Truly an amazing company in a time when customer service and lack of knowledge is an epedemic in so many service companies.

A weekend emergency. We came from being away, water flowing through dining room ceiling from a leaking toilet tank in upstairs bathroom. They came in 15 minutes of call, professional, thorough, helpful, and they fixed it.

Arrived on time; pleasant to talk to; informative; understanding. I asked for an estimate for additional work because I was pleased with his ability to communicate. He also suggested ways that I could reduce costs and get a better outcome.

I was pleased with the overall experience. They provided a detailed quote, performed the work to my satifaction and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely call them for plumbing problems in the future.

They did a great work. They responded quickly and I have recommended them to several other people. I will keep using them. None of them smokes and they take off their shoes when they are coming into the house. I would be calling them again for a new job in couple of months.
