I shutdown the supply and began the shopvac and carpet dragging ordeal. Valerie and the office folk got hold of Alan Meeker and Brad, out working about a hundred pipe blows, and Alan came in and replaced the blown pipe at the end of their long day. No charge. We are very, very pleased with the job that Malachi and Josh did to replace our water heater. Very personable and polite. They cleaned up and took all the old debris with them.

The work went welll,everyone was extremely polite and neat. Alan and his crew were great. I plan on using them again to do a bath remodel project for us later this year.

Installed new water heater and did a back flush.

I am new to the bloomington area so I chose ATP based on excellent reviews on Angie's List. Malachi and Josh came to my home on Monday as scheduled to inspect a poorly operating toilet. Determined it was just a cheap unit that should be replaced. Had them adjust another toilet, and then asked them to do a general inspection of plumbing in home. During this inspection determined that garbage disposal blades had seized up. Received a quote at that time to have toilet installed and a customer purchased g disposal installed ( I preferred a higher end model than the one they use and they said that would not be a problem). Had them back out on Friday to finish work. They completed the job in about 90 minutes, and the price was $30 less than originally quoted. Josh and Malachi were very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything. They were also very personable; it was like having a couple of friends over to help out with some home improvement projects. Highly recommend.

Work was done by Jesse Helm and Nathan Myatt who both work for Aim to Please. Work was quick and friendly. They explained what they did and cleaned up afterwards.

My wife and I were surprised that he had so little experience and was all by himself. He took an unusually long time (3 hours) to install 2 of the 3 fans. He said that a mounting plate was missing from the 3rd fan, so he could not install it. | |A couple of days later we noticed the fan was not flush with the ceiling so my wife called the office and arranged for a return call to mount the fan closer to the ceiling. A more experienced man came out and fixed it. I wish they would have sent him the first time. | |A few days after that the power went out on the whole side of the house connected to the ceiling fan switch. Unfortunately this happened on a Sunday. I called and the man that came out the second time came out again on a Sunday morning and found a loose wire after much trouble shooting. He fixed it and everything has been all right for the last few months. | |I honestly believe that if the last man to fix the fan "problem" was sent out to do the original install job that we would not have had the 2 call backs and frustration that we experienced. Also the cost would have been much less since we got charged by the hour and the more experienced man would have been much faster.

Josh and Malachai responded within three hours of our contacting the company. They returned our call during a very hectic time due to extreme weather conditions. They arrived at the estimated time and were very neat and clean and considerate of the household flooring. They took the extra time to explain the repair work that needed done. They repaired the pipes and left the plumbing in better condition than what was provided during construction. We would definitely use them again.

All went well. The two who worked on the installation (Josh and Jesse) were very polite and professional. The installation went as expected and my switches are working as expected.

The pipe connecting to our mainline froze during sub zero temperatures in early January (2014). Due to the polar vortex and horrendously freezing temperatures, many companies were simply not operating. After a few tries to get someone on the phone in hopes of preventing the pipes from bursting (and thus, tens of thousands of dollars in damages), we got a hold of Aim to Please who were willing to come out after 8pm in the evening and help us with our urgent problems. Prior to their arrival, my wife and I spent considerable effort locating the frozen pipe to no avail. The crew at Aim to Please was friendly, positive, and quite forgiving of our lack of home maintenance knowledge. They found the issue (prior owners insulation obscured part of the pipe from the heated crawl space) and dealt with the matter successfully. The charges came out to less than $200, which given the temperature and time of day, was completely reasonable. I would highly recommend them, without reservation.

Aim To Please provided terrific, expedient plumbing service during a very high demand period of extremely cold weather. The recent record cold temperatures caused a water pipe to freeze in our house which could have potentially bursted. Malachi and Josh immediately went to work and identified the area of the frozen pipe, which was in a particularly unusal location of our kitchen ceiling. They clearly explained all the work they performed and provided a long term solution to keep the pipe from ever freezing again. Malachi and Josh were also very helpful with answering any questions I had. In addition to thawing the frozen pipe, Malachi re-installed a handle set to our shower, which had been improperly installed during the original installation. Now, we have a shower that operates normally and water pipes that are no longer clogged with ice! Thank you, Aim To Please. This is a great company, and I highly recommend their services.

It was helpful having a service provider who could do both plumbing and electrical because the garbage disposal problem was electrical. The service was performed very quickly and professionally by the young man (Jesse - I think). I was also impressed that the service call was so prompt. I called at 8:30 and they were here, fixed the problems, and gone before noon. I will use them again!

My kitchen faucet had stopped working due to small pieces of plastic in the waterline. I contacted Alan via email about the problem, and asked if he could come out and give me a quote for correcting the problem. Alan was very polite and informative, and indicated that the old water heater was the culprit. He also looked in my crawl space, as I'd indicated that I wanted to know how much they would charge to move the water shut off from the other side of the crawl space to the entrance of the crawl space. He indicated that it would be a good idea to cover the vents in the crawl space as well, as a lot of cold air was circulating under the house. I felt that his quote to do all of the work was reasonable. I can't say if it was an "excellent" cost or not, as I don't work in the plumbing industry. However, I felt that the services I was given were above and beyond. The two men who came out to do the work were both very friendly, very communicative as to what they were doing and why, and very respectful. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending this plumbing company to family and friends. They will be my go to company for any and all future plumbing issues!

While this may seem like an easy fix, it was not. Josh and Nathan did a fantastic job. But, just as importantly, they showed up ON TIME and were friendly, polite, and professional. Jessie arrived exactly when he was scheduled, and was professional, efficient and friendly. He listened to me and explained what he was doing. Jessie did a thorough, professional job, went out of his way to avoid making a mess, and even took the packaging of the new faucets with him so we wouldn't have to dispose of it. I am impressed with the job these guys do.

Malachi and Josh showed up promptly and were very courteous. They removed their shoes while inside and cleaned up after themselves. They did good, clean work and went above and beyond by painting the exposed ductwork in the kitchen. They even hauled away our old appliances for us. We would definitely hire them again.

Not sure of the exact date that they came to our house. Somewhere between now and several weeks ago. We never got a response back.

Malachi and Josh were absolutely the best! They called in advance to confirm the time, and see if they could arrive early. When that was not possible, they adjusted their schedule accordingly to suit me. They are competent, professional, easy to talk with and explain things, and some of the nicest guys I've ever dealt with. Though the cost was high (it always is in such a business), I was glad to pay it because of the wonderful service I received. They did an excellent job, and I would recommend these guys and the business to anyone! they are the best, and I hope they get to read this, and hear my comments. I noticed water dripping from the ceiling joists in the basement. It appeared to be coming from the toilet sewer pipe. Nathan from Aim To Please Plumbing removed the toilet, carefully cleaned all the old wax residue off, replaced the wax seal and used another ring to provide an even better seal in the future. Nathan used shoe covers and drop cloths to keep my house clean. He was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely call them again.

This is just an alert to anyone out there who is a tobacco smoker. I have used this plumber twice before and do think they are good. But when the owner came the 3rd time he would not come inside -- because I smoke. He told me has asthma, okay that's fine. But he had been to my house twice before, and even his son had been there and smoking and asthma had not come up. For pete's sake, would I have called them back if I knew that? My gripe is that if this business is not going to work in homes where smokers live, then they need say that up front when customers call. It was a great inconvenience to me and a waste of time for the plumber.

replaced bathroom showerhead and had to call them back to replace pipe. I don't remember the exact date or how much it cost. it was over five years ago. these guys did do a good job! I thought at the time they were kind of pricey but I have had no trouble with my shower head leaking since. They installed a swivel head so it wouldn't end up leaking on me in the future. It never has.
