Paul arrived on time and was very professional. He performed the re-keying and was able to dramatically improve the performance/operation of the troubled locks. His attention to detail, obvious talent, and calm demeanor really was appreciated. There were several challenges along the way, but he was able to accomplish everything.

Paul came out and worked quickly and efficiently. I would hire him again. Very pleasant experience. I prefer to hire someone in my general area of the city and was able to do so.

It went well. Paul was unable to repair or replace the deadbolt as it was on my storm door, requiring a lock provided by the company who built/installed the door. He did however, replace the deadbolt on my back door. The service was impeccable from the initial return call to me to the quality of his work. He is a super nice guy and a real professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to one and all!!!

Everything went great! I had tried unsuccessfully to do the replacement myself and there was a big hole where the deadbolt had been, so I needed the work done quickly. Paul answered the phone when I called (yes, a real person instead of a voicemail greeting!). By adjusting his schedule, he was able to come out within a couple of hours, working around a later appointment that I had. Paul was friendly and professional. He worked quickly and capably. I was very pleased with his work and the price was more than fair. I highly recommend him!

It went great!!! Very pleased!! Paul was very honest, he could have charged me for services I didn't need. I cannot find the amount I paid, but he was reasonable. Re-keyed 2 locks, made 3 copies, and made copies of 3 seasons room keys. I think around $120.00

It went extremely well. Paul is a professional in his trade, very pleasant to be around and multiple times complimented our home. Even after normal business hours Paul offered to come to our house the same day within the same hour I called. (AWESOME!) Once he arrived he was able to diagnose the loose lock and fix it. Will contact him for future lock installments

Paul came the day after we called. He performed the work, supplied the keys. This took him about an hour. He had us check the work to make sure all the keys worked in both locks, got his pay and left. It was a pleasant, efficient experience.

He found and refurbished a mortise lock that worked perfectly with the antique door knob. His price was reasonable, & he kept in touch with me as he looked for the right lock. I would certainly hire him again for any type of lock issue.

Paul from Southside Lock Service was amazing!! He was able to get to me the same day I called even though it wasn't an emergency. He kept in contact and let me know when he'd be arriving and even described himself for safety reasons so I'd know it was him when he arrived. Paul was professional and courteous and explained how I could best fix my problem in the most cost efficient way -even though that meant he would maybe charge me less for the job. I plugged Southside Lock Service into my contact list as the only locksmith I'll go to when the need arises!! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Perfectly. Rather than recommending a costly replacement of my lock that would have damaged my door and made it look terrible, Paul recommended a modest repair that allowed me to keep my door and lock that were original to my 1954 home. He also quickly rekeyed that lock and 3 others to the same key.

He was very courteous and professional. He came to give quote/assessment of upgrading current locks on two main doors and told us what we had was very good and suggested safety latches instead. He assessed the situation and left to get tools needed to do the job and came back and installed both. Excellent quality work.

Service was excellent, prompt, and professional. The lock of my front screen/security door broke this morning, probably about 11:00. Having determined that I wasn't locked out of my own home when I called him, the provider said he could be there about 2:00; he actually arrived early, about 1:15. The repair job was an absolute bear. He explained everything to me all the way through the job, and he was careful and considerate about the open doors in order to protect my three indoor-only cats. He had to actually remove the door from its hinges to get it free of the lock. He showed me the removed broken lock and said that he could repair it, but demonstrated the problem and said it would eventually break again. With my agreement, he went to purchase an identical lock. He then had to re-drill some of the holes to make the lock match the strike plate. When he was finished, he cut enough extra keys so that I could distribute them to all the family members who keep a spare set to my front door, and checked to be sure each would work. Although he worked on the lock nearly three hours, he charged me for only two hours labor. I would highly recommend this locksmith.

He arrived immediately for a lockout call; VERY knowledgeable and professional; He returned later in the week to re-key all my doors - His work was excellent! I would call him and recommend him to EVERYONE!!! To add to his customer service, he later sent me a Thank YOU card. This meant a lot because businesses just don't appreciate their customers anymore.

The deadbolt to the service door got stuck and wouldn't unlock. I called my usual locksmith, but he was on vacation. He recommended I contact Southside Lock in his absence. I called and left a message. Paul returned my call to discuss what the issue was. He was going to try to make it out that day, but wasn't sure it would pan out. He said he'd call as the day went on. He did. He couldn't make it that day, but came out the following day. He unstuck the deadbolt and now the door works again.
