Rowland's Pressure Cleaning

I hired Rowland's Pressure Washing from an Angie's List Neighborhood Services deal. The deal was for house and screen cleaning. Dustin Rowland contacted me the day after I purchased the deal to arrange a date for the service. He explained the process and gave me instructions (example: remove screens from windows). * Note: I did not need screen cleaning because the August hailstorm damaged many of my screens and I have to replace them* - Now back to the story ... I told Dustin I would like the driveway cleaned and requested an estimate on the day of service. He gave me a time range that he would be at my house. Day of service: Dustin arrived within the range he gave. He walked my property with me to tell me what to expect, the process he would use, and the products he intended to use. He gave me an estimate for cleaning the sidewalks within my property lines and the driveway. The estimate was reasonable so I added them to the service. He was finished in just under two hours (small house) and walked the property with me again. The green algae was gone and my white shutters and trim look white again instead of grayish! The entire house looks brighter as do the sidewalks, walkway, and driveway.

A+++++ all around. I purchased a "special" that was advertised on Angie's list. I was contacted and scheduled promptly. He did exactly what, when and how he said he would do it., and even went a bit above and beyond. I came home to a new house and garage! Very friendly and professional. Excellent communication. Will be the first place I turn when I need to have this done again.

Dustin did a fantastic job! He called me prior to showing up & was prompt. He was very thorough and precise. He took the time to walk around the house & point out various situations before and after the cleaning. The job was professional & my house looks brand new! I was very pleased with his service & will use him again.

Dustin Rowland came out and gave me a reasonable estimate on cleaning the outside of our house, backyard PVC fence and shed. I also asked for an estimate on pressure cleaning my daughter's deck who lives across the street. Dustin told me that pressure cleaning the deck would only warp the wood more during the wash and declined to clean it. How refreshing it is to have someone say that their service is not a good idea rather than simply do the work and take your money. Dustin is both honest and a professional. We could have done the pressure cleaning ourselves, but it would not have looked half as good or as thorough as Dustin. The white PVC fence literally sparkles now, rather than having a green tint from the moss and dirt that Dustin blasted away! Dustin takes pride in the work he does and he should, as the results of his pressure cleaning made everything look fresher and newer. I highly recommend Rowland's Pressure Cleaning.

I originally hired Dustin to pressure clean my cement walk and patio last spring; he did such a good job that I hired him to pressure clean the second level of my house. ( the first level is brick) He showed up on time and did a great job. I removed the screens ahead of time and he placed them back for me at a small addition fee. Dustin has a great work ethic and a pleasant personality. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. My neighbor was so impressed that she asked him for an estimate before he left. My house looks years newer and I am very pleased.

Not only did he power wash the the siding, he washed the shutters, window ledges, and gutters. He also washed all the screens that had been taken out of the windows. He did a very thorough job and protected all shrubbery.

Dustin is a professional in every sense of the word. He's friendly, polite, extremely knowledgeable about how profession, communicates and shows up on time. We'll have him back in the spring to do the driveway. If you use Dustin, you won't be disappointed.

I couldn't be more pleased. I emailed Dustin for a rough estimate based on the dimensions. He promptly returned my email with information and I sent him pictures of the deck. He thoroughly explained the details of the process he would use, the chemicals, the impacts of mother nature, and suggestions for long term maintenance of the deck. Within a couple days he was at my house at the time he promised to perform the work. While there, my wife asked him how much he would charge to do the kid's play set. Fortunately, he was able to complete both projects in a very timely manner, keeping us informed along the way and walking us through a final inspection to review the depth of the work he performed. Dustin is honest, communicates well, is very responsive, and is very knowledgeable in his field. He's not one of these fly-by-night deck companies that are armed with a pressure washer and a paint roller. He actually knows what he talking about, has in-depth knowledge about different types of wood and treatments, and provides valuable services and insight on how to keep your investment maintained for the long haul.

Could not have gone smoother! Dustin had to communicate with myself and my husband at different times due to our schedules. He never talked to the same person consecutively and everything still went smooth. My husband contacted Dustin to set up the estimate. I was at home when Dustin did the estimate. My husband was home when Dustin came to do the cleaning. Dustin was professional, courteous, and always arrived on time or earlier. When he arrived to clean the house he came about 30 minutes early, he called ahead to let us know he was coming early. He was conscientious of the plants and flower beds surrounding the house. (He covered them with a tarp). We will use him again and will definitely recommend him. We could not be happier with our clean house!

Dustin was great. He came out the same day we called him & ended up doing the work on the spot. We had a bad area near our basement entrance that was covered in mold/algae. He performed the work quickly and all the mold is gone. Price was right and he couldn't have been nicer. We live in Cincinnati & he's out of Batesville, IN which makes the whole experience even more impressive.

Dustin was very professional. He was careful not to hurt any of the foliage around the house. He did an excellent job in cleaning. Much more so than expected. He asked me to remove the screens from my windows and he washed the windows, the window sills and the screens! The house looked so good when he was done. He is polite and punctual. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

From the start Dustin was responsive and very thorough with all the information and details. He was very flexible and answered all my questions upfront. He power washed my house and it looks brand new. I'm thrilled with the results! IThe back of my house had quite a bit of mold and growth on it, and all of that is completely gone. Dustin, the owner, was professional in dress and manner, polite, and friendly. He was quick to answer my questions during earlier conversations and during his visit. He arrived on time, introduced himself, and during each walk-around (before and after) explained details of the cleaning plus how weather can affect the siding. He paid attention to details including protecting flowers and shrubs plus also cleaned small concrete areas at two exterior doors, an unexpected detail! My house looks great! I would not hesitate to hire Dustin again.

The entrance to my house went from grimey looking to welcoming looking! It was well worth the price! It just brightens everything up! I am so happy with the service. Dustin says I won't need to do it again for a few years! But when it does need it I will use them!

Dustin was very professional. Arrived on time ,had all the equipment he needed to complete job. We were very happy with the results. Dustin also went above and beyond what we asked him to do buy cleaning the front porch. We are having him come back in the fall to do the back of the house. He also was very careful with the flowers to make sure the chemicals did not harm them.

I just smile when I look at the face of the garage, it looks so nice. I should have taken before and after pictures as there is such a difference! Dustin was very prompt is his scheduling and arrival and his attention to detail included cleaning two concrete planters on our front porch. The clearn up was perfect. Called that he would be a bit late because of traffic accident on I70. He did an excellent job on all buildings. He covered my plants and landscaping. Buildings look great. Very pleasant experience.

The evening before, Dustin called to confirm his appointment and the next morning he was here right as expected. The Big Deal that we had purchased was not enough to include the entire driveway so he gave us a quote to include the remainder. We accepted his proposal and he threw in the sidewalk and stoop. He explained to us what steps he was going to take to get the job done properly. Dustin worked diligently and efficiently with his 'state of the art' equipment and the transformation began appearing immediately. It took him a couple of hours to complete. The driveway looks sooo good, thus our whole property appears neater and more well kept. It was a pleasure having him at our home and we would highly recommend Rowland's Pressure Cleaning to anyone needing this service.

I purchased this service on 08/20/2015, and heard the next day from Dustin, the owner and operator of this business, the next day. i was able to schedule the service for today, 08/24/2015. Dustin made several phone calls with me to be sure of the date and the service needed and called me this morning approximately 20 minutes before arriving at my home as I asked him to do, He was friendly, professional and walked me around my home prior to doing the service to let me know what he was going to do and if I had any questions, He again walked me around when he had completed the work to be sure I was satisfied and if there were any issues. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the this type of service! I told him I would definitely be recommending him to people in my neighborhood who have an interest in getting this done and would be keeping his card and information for any future work of this type that we would need.
