Very impressed with the service and the professionalism. I requested a quote through Angie's List and received it promptly. It was comparable to another quote I received, but I chose Rowland's because of the description of the work they would do, which sounded more thorough than the other company. We agreed on a service date and they arrived promptly as scheduled. The work exceeded expectations. Would definitely use again.

Dustin is professional, courteous, and does an amazing job! My house is brick with vinyl siding, 20 years old, and never been professionally pressure washed. Dirty gutters, mold/algae on north side of the house. Once Dustin got finished, my house looked brand new again!! He's very thorough and makes sure everything is spotless before he leaves. I will definitely hire him again.

Dustin was so easy to work with (I bought a Angie’s List special deal) and he promptly set up the appointment. He called to explain his process and then did a fabulous job! He even washed the windows and screens so that was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend this service!

Awesome job cleaning house looks like new

Rowland showed up 10 minutes early to do a walk around the house and explain what he would be doing. He took the time to explain the products he used and how the concentrate he uses is safe for pets (important for me). The whole process of cleaning my 2000sq ft house and a small 20x20 concrete patio took him about two hours. At the end he took me around the house to make sure I was satisfied. It was a night and day difference on the appearance of my house and patio. If you're on the fence if its worth it you should try it. I'll be requesting his services again future years.

This was a great experience and I highly recommend this provider. First, Dustin was extremely helpful and flexible with timing when I left pressure washing until the last minute. He was also knowledgeable about my old retaining walls, and somehow managed to get them sparkling clean without hurting them at all. He knows a lot about the way water will potentially run back on to a clean pathway, as well, and makes helpful recommendations about that—which I don't think every pressure-washer would do. I will definitely be staying with this company for pressure washing.

Very well. House and roof done on separate dates (October 24 and December 4). House included cleaning of exterior gutters , fascia, soffits and siding, soaping and flushing all glass, and removal of leaves from gutter guards. Roof cleaning included chemically treating roof to disinfect/kill mold and algae on four separate elevations, and flushing solution off the roof.

I am preparing my house to sell and there was a lot of mold on one side of the house. He got all the mold off and the house looks really nice as does the clean windows.

Wonderful! I called Rowlands Pressure Cleaning to get an estimate for the work. I left a voicemail and within an hour or so, Dustin, the owner, returned my call. He was extremely professional on the phone and explained his process and said he was 3 weeks out to being able to do my house. While on the phone, he looked up my house on google maps to see the front of the house and to get an idea of the amount of work required. (Great use of technology). Dustin said he could come over in a week or so to do a site visit and give me a quote or I could send him pictures of my house and he could give me a quote via email. I told him I'd send pictures. The next morning he followed up with an email to see if I had any problems getting the pictures. (I loved his proactiveness). I sent the pictures and he provided a quote within an hour or so. I thought the price was reasonable and agreed to have the work done. About 2.5 weeks later, Dustin contacted me to confirm a day/time for him to do the work. He arrived exactly as planned and got to work immediately. He first did a tour of the house and explained to me that he would use different solutions depending on the area of the house. (A stronger solution on concrete and stone, a lighter solution on the siding). He was very knowledgeable and said he'd been doing this type of work for over 10 years--it showed. It took a couple hours and looks AMAZING!! So good that I don't have to get as many areas of the house painted as I thought I did! It just needed cleaned! And the cleaning of the front stonework if FANTASTIC. (I didn't realize there were different colors of stone, the dirt had muted the colors and I thought the stones were the same. Hardly! Now, I see the various colors and it adds to the appearance of the house). I will definitely use Dustin again and highly recommend him. Definitely use him before having your house painted. He could save you some money. Added benefit: he's a nice and professional young man who's just trying to do a good job and grow his business. Nothing wrong with that.

Owner Dustin Rowland came out to view the job prior to quoting a price and provided a written estimate via email within a day of his visit. Scheduled work for the following week. Did a fantastic job getting green and black growth off the vinyl siding, carefully cleaned the painted brick, made sure all gutters were clear, washed and rinsed the entire house and exterior of windows, and covered the plants as he worked his way around the property. Also washed and rinsed all the screens (I removed prior to his arrival) and stacked neatly when done. My house has a lot of detail and he went over it carefully and even went back to one stubborn area to be sure it was thoroughly cleaned. Very satisfied with the work and recommend without hesitation. Price was very reasonable for the work performed.

He did an excellent job - nice person & cleaned up after his work. The house looks so much better! He even explained what some of the "dirt" on the home represented and why it happens. Though the job ended up being a little bigger than he anticipated, he stuck to the agreed upon price. A very good experience overall, and I would definitely use the service again.

Dustin responded to my inquiry quickly with a clear explanation and detailed estimate. He arrived on time & once again explained the process & the sequence of tasks. Truly a nice young man, hard worker, did an excellent job, communicated as he went along, cleaned up everything as well as helping me replace pots of vegetables which had been moved out of the way. The algae, dirt & streaks are gone from the siding, the gutters & the cement. Excellent job, done efficiently and professionally.

We had used Rowland's before and were very satisfied then, so we left a message for Dustin, which he returned within 24 hours. We agreed on a date and he showed up at the agreed time--early, actually. He cleaned the patio, taking care to rinse off our plantings, and even cleaned the walls & gutters adjacent to the patio. He gave us some suggestions for maintaining the patio's appearance and pointed out some potential problems with the roof. Dustin is a very professional and personable young man. We can't imagine using anyone else for our exterior cleaning needs.

The house and driveway washing went very well. He did a thorough job of cleaning years of dirt and grime off of the siding and gutters. He carefully covered landscape plants before washing the siding and none of them were stepped on or broken. Although in the quote we declined to have him wash down our brick walkway to the front door, he threw in the cleaning gratis and it looks very nice! We would definitely call on Dustin again to pressure wash the house, should that have to be done. We were very pleased with him and the results of his labor.

Justin arrived on time, gave us an estimate which we accepted, and started in on the job at once. He began by clearing the clog and then checked all of our gutters for any potential problems or other issues. None were found so he started on the pressure cleaning. He was very thorough and did a great job. We were very pleased with the end result. I would definitely do business with him again and highly recommend him to others.

My parents could not have been more pleased!
