Dustin communicated well, using email and phone. He confirmed with us when he would arrive and then arrived right on time. He cleaned our siding quickly and professionally, then cleaned the window screens that we had removed so that he could do the cleaning on both sides. House looks great, and it's amazing how much more light gets into the house when all the crud has been washed off of the window screens. Great job, will definitely use Rowlands again.

Everything worked well. I saw the deal posted on Angie's List and clicked on it last week. Bought additional cleaning and services when the contractor arrived today. They did an excellent job. I liked the entire process of Angie's List providing services that were recommended by others and then having the work done in a timely, professional manner.

We were beyond satisfied with the work. We have only lived in this home since last November and there has been a lot to do. I was going to do the pressure washing myself until I realized our pressure washer was not working correctly. With everything else bearing down on us here at the Money Pit, I decided to have Rowland's take care of it. Dustin was able to do everything perfectly in less than three hours. I would have had my little wand out there for three weekends in a row trying to get half the results. I highly recommend Dustin's company! Yeah... we can pressure wash... but Dustin's got the equipment and experience to make it right NOW! I intend to keep my pressure washer for little stuff around the house, but I'm going to be a regular customer for Rowland's!

Dustin showed up when he said he would and did a great job cleaning the siding on my rental property. He even sent before and after pictures, since he knows I'm not on-site. He was professional and friendly, and the house looks 100% better! My tenant was very pleased. I definitely recommend him!

Dustin contacted me promptly about setting up an appointment to come to my house and do the work. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to call him again in the future.

We contacted Rowland's Pressure Cleaning through the company's website, asking for an estimate. Dustin responded the next day and we set up an appointment for him to come check out the job. He arrived at the agreed-to time, looked at the job, and told us how he would approach it and what chemicals he would use. He offered to wash all the screens at no additional charge since we were going to take them all off anyway. His e-mail estimate arrived the following day. After getting a couple other estimates, we decided to use Rowland's. Dustin arrived on the scheduled day (a rainy, nasty day) and got right to work. He covered all our foundation plantings with tarps to protect them from the chemicals. After he finished the house, he scrubbed our sidewalk and removed the mold. We didn't realize how dirty the sidewalk had been until he cleaned it! Dustin also recommended a concrete sealer that we will put on the sidewalk ourselves. We're very pleased with the results, and equally pleased to have met Dustin. He is a very professional, conscientious, friendly young man and we would recommend his services to anyone.

Dustin stayed in touch with me regarding arrival time and potential weather issues. He is a personable, responsible young man who takes his work very seriously. He took extra steps to insure a great result, per our particular issues. This included a hand brushing many areas of the deck's pergola. He didn't have to do that- but it really made a big difference in looks and in final outcome.

This contractor was super qualified for the job! He cared and understood how to clean sensitive wood and removed Algae /mold to make everything look like new !

Dustin was terrific from start to finish. My home previously was covered with ivy on the entire exterior, and when we moved in last summer, we immediately removed it. However, the stone on the house was then covered with a lot of algae, mold, and dirt. We were nervous that the stone was permanently damaged, but Dustin brought it back to life. He scheduled to come out to perform the job, and when he saw how bad it was, he did several test spots to ensure we would be pleased with the result before treating the entire home. I was very impressed with this, as it displayed he was most concerned about my satisfaction with the final product. He came back out the next week and finished the entire job, and we are so pleased with how it all turned out. We will definitely use Dustin in the future.

Dustin was great, and I would highly recommend to others. He safely and thoroughly removed algae from the second story of our house. He also was able to get our concrete foundation cleaned up (it had clay and dirt stains). He was upfront and honest, and informed me of the risk of dulled appearance if our aluminum siding had oxidation. Based on this, I decided to only have him clean the part of our siding with the algae growth. I greatly appreciated his honesty. He was very focused on our satisfaction, and didn't want us to be surprised.

Dustin Rowland (owner) provided fantastic service for the removal of the mold on the sides of our house. He was very thorough, professional and courteous and did a great job removing the mold from our house. He is a very hard worker and will go above what is required to make sure you are pleased with his services. Dustin even pressure cleaned the mold from the cement sidewalks along our house too! I certainly would recommend him to anyone that is in need of cleaning the mold and dirt off their siding. Our house looks brand new!!!

This experience went great. The owner reached out to contact me with 48 hours of my purchase. We were concluding a construction project and we were not ready to move forward and the weather further delayed us. However the owner touched base each week to find out if we were ready to go yet. When we were ready he was able to schedule us within two days. I had other quotes from companies that wanted to scrub our siding but I thought "we will try this first". That was a great decision. Rowland's did a fantastic job of cleaning the exterior of our home and Dustin was extremely customer responsive. I highly recommend this service.

Dustin was just finishing cleaning my siding and deck as I returned from my errands. I almost thought I turned into the wrong driveway! My house sparkled and my deck looked almost new.
