It went well...Dustin showed up at office first, walked property and will get back with a quote for cleaning. We then went to my home where he took his time and did a thorough job cleaning the vinyl siding and algae covered bricks.

It was a great experience! Dustin is very detail oriented and knowledgeable about the products he uses and how to effectively clean your roof without damaging the tiles. His pricing was great. He worked on my house himself covering the plants around the house to protect them. He made our house sparkle. I am so happy I had this done and that I hired Rowland Pressure Cleaning. His pricing for cleaning the roof itself was lower than his competitors, but with individual estimates on the cement and siding, the price worked out to be somewhat the same as the other bid. The other bidder we had said that they would "throw in cleaning the other parts of the house" as they worked their way down from the roof. I however, liked how Dustin gave us a breakdown charge for each area we asked for - this ensured that attention would be given to each area - it wasn't going to be just "thrown in". Roof $325, Siding gutters and glass $375, Really Really long cement driveway porch and sidewalk $390

Dustin and his helper were very professional and courteous. He contacted us to make sure we understood the process of his company and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with the results. Our mold and dirt are gone everywhere and the paint from our shutters that had stained our brick are gone now. Our house looks great. He was even able to make our 29 year old soffits look like new.

It went really great! Rowland was to be there at 8:00 but was coming from Batesville and called immediately to tell me he was stuck in traffic at 465 and 69 which is not unusual at that time of day. He arrived and completed the job in about two hours and the house looks great!!

Excellent. The entire house looked years newer after we had this done. Dustin is a pro and does great work. I would highly recommend before thinking about re-painting to have them clean your house.

The entire experience was awesome. Dustin's attention to customer service and making the customer happy is impeccable. He is quick to follow up and anxious to delight the customer. I purchased the services months ago, but had to wait until some roof and gutter work was complete. Dustin was patient and followed up on a regular basis. Once we scheduled the service he kept me informed - called when he was on the way to my house, called when he was there to tell me it was a tougher job than we thought and that he was disappointed in the quality of the clean (but he did the best he could) and he sent me before and after pictures since I was out of town, and then followed up to make sure I received the message and photos. I had no expectations that the siding would look like new since it is at least 20 years old and the house is right off the interstate. Rowland's Pressure Cleaning is a fledgling business but if others have the same experience I have, they will be around for years.

Great service - originally considered just pressure washing, but added sealant and glad to have done so. Good communication, good service. Would recommend!

I spoke with the owner Dustin on the phone and he is very knowledgeable about pressure cleaning. We had a deadline that we needed to meet for a graduation party and he made sure to get it done in time. He was great on communication and arrived promptly on the day of the service. He is very polite and was a very hard worker. Our concrete patio was really stained and he made it look amazing. His prices are very competitive and I would highly recommend his company for pressure cleaning services.
