Dustin, the owner, was prompt, came on time, explained what he was going to do, and he completed the job. I had to leave before he was done, but he followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the result.

We purchased the big deal in February, but had to postpone the original date due to weather issues. This was the first time that our home had been pressure cleaned, so there were several years worth of build-up. Rowland's Pressure Cleaning did an exceptional job on our home. We are more than satisfied with the results. Rowland's was professional, responsive, and provided a high quality cleaning of our home. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Dustin was completely polite and professional, timely with his email and phone conversations, and a pleasure to work with. The timing of my work and his cleaning schedule meant that I did not get to meet him (he did not need to be inside the house, and I was not able to take the time off while he was at the house). Dustin called me when the work was done to let me know of a couple of small issues he discovered. None of them were issues that required more money or time. They were mostly for my information, and did not impact the quality of the work. For example, there are concerns with the cap on my chimney. The whole house exterior is clean and tidy. It just overall looks brighter. The garden beds around the house look untouched. The outside of the windows are the cleanest they've ever been in the ten years I've lived here. They're actually squeaky clean. My front door is a little covered stoop, and it's always hard to clean - it looks great.

Everything went perfectly. Couldn't have asked for better bang for my buck.

Well, they gave me an array of times in which they could be here and basically a complete run-down of what they would be doing as well as what to expect for the results. After giving me the price, which of course I compared to others around, I felt that the savings mixed with the service being offered was the only way to go. They came here in the morning while I was at work and when I came home for my lunch break the job was done and I was completely blown away. All of the dark spots that had peppered the siding and gutters was gone. Also, my wife who was home for this said that they draped cloth over the rose bushes to keep them from getting beat up from the high pressure spraying/bleach. I guess at the end of the day it was this extra care for my home mixed with the great results that provoked me to write this review. When I let someone perform work at my house it comes with a level of trust and in this case I feel like Dustin, the guy I spoke with made me feel very comfortable, did everything he promised if not more and took great care of my home.

This is not the first time Rowland's has worked with our family. First, Rowland's cleaned the outside of our vinyl white house once we were able to move in. You couldn't even tell it was the same house once after they were finished. Secondly, we had them come in to bleach wash our basement which was overgrown with mold. The foundation of the house was built in 1871 and needs to washed annually to keep the mold from coming back. Once again, Rowland's were quick and courteous throughout the whole process. We were warned about the bleach smell that would linger in the house, and how we needed to be out of the house for a certain amount of time because of the fumes. Lastly, Rowland's came in to wash our block building for the arrival of our new litter of puppies. Like all the times before, Rowland's were in and out before we knew it. Always willing to work around our schedule and in a time sensitive matter.
