Dustin was great. I bought a deal that was offered through Angie's List. He responded to me quickly to set up an appointment, and was able to accommodate my schedule. He was punctual and very professional. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

I rented a power washer a few years ago and I'm kicking myself for not calling a professional after the great experience and results I had with Rowland's Pressure Washing. I cannot say enough good things about Dustin Rowland. He was very polite and professional on our phone calls. When he called me to schedule a time, he apologized because saying his new little baby was on his knee and might make some unforeseen noises - how cute!! He was able to get my job done about a week out. I am selling my 1920's house and needed it to sparkle and every area he did looks like new! I was away from home on the day of the job so he called me before and after . When he was there I added a few random things like hit the bottom of those old storm doors and the limestone sills - no problem and no extra charge. He was right on time and done in an hour. He even took before and after pics and texted them to me. I am very impressed with his work and highly recommend him. I used Angie's List special he was running for $199.

I think they did wonderful work! They did a great job removing the dried grass between the railing and the screen. It looks like new! I will definitely use Dustin in the future. He does great work and was a pleasure to work with.

The work on the house was excellent. He was able to clean many stains off of our brick caused by old aluminum siding. It looks so good now. This was totally unexpected because I did not think it was possible to get the older brick clean. The washing got off mildew from the siding and some wood on our front porch. We are having them back to do some additional work on our screened in porch because we are so happy with the results of the work. Thanks for having this great company as part of your service providers!

Great..he was very nice and did a great job, then showed me how much better the house looked..did the patio furniture just to be nice, didn't charge extra.

Dustin arrived promptly. He comes with all the equipment he needs; his truck and trailer were very neat and organized. He completed the work in about 30 minutes, getting rid of the green algae that builds up on the concrete, which is always in shade. Dustin was friendly, professional, and obviously interested in doing a good job.

I called to request a quote and Dustin Rowland offered to come out within 48 hours. Since I had company coming, I asked if we could push out to another day. He agreed and arrived early. This was not a problem as I didn't need to be on site for him to work up a quote. I was on site, however, so we discussed his quote and he performed the work right there on the spot. His quote was very reasonable. AWESOME! He did a very thorough job, applied a special cleaner to remove a rust spot, and even helped with moving some of the heavier patio furniture. He was very professional. I would definitely hire this firm again for my pressure washing needs. Thanks Dustin!

I had ordered the Big Deal....1000 sq. feet power washed for $199.00. After Dustin measured the driveway, got about halfway done and I saw how great it looked, I decided to pay extra to have the entire driveway finished;as it measured quite a bit larger than 1000sq. ft. as I knew it would. Our driveway had not been cleaned in years; and after Dustin finished, it looked amazing! Dustin was very polite and professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I would not hesitate to hire Rowlands Pressure Washing in the future and I would give Dustin an A+ rating for the job he did.

Wow. Rowland's Pressure Cleaning did an amazing job. We wanted to get this done as soon as possible and Dustin was very accommodating. He covered our flowers and cleaned the entire house, screens and windows. Great communication, very professional and way above and beyond for quality of service. Our house looks way better. Dustin Rowland is great to work with. He was very professional. He charged us $400 for the house wash and $250 to clean all the concrete. It was well worth it. He arrived on time and worked hard to complete the work before a thunderstorm moved through. However, when he was close to being finished, he had to come inside and wait until the storm passed. We had a chance to chat and get to know him a little. He is a very fine, hard-working young man who has a number of years of experience working for another power washing company. He just started his own business within the past year. Once the storm passed, he went back out and finished the job. As he was getting ready to leave, he noticed where a tiny bit of debris had spilled over onto part of a gutter. He said he just couldn't leave it like that. He rolled his hose back out and washed it off before leaving. He also helped us move some heavier items from our front and side porch prior to cleaning. He then helped to put them back in place before he left. We are delighted with how clean our house and concrete now look. Dustin gets gold stars! Call him.

Dustin contacted me within 2 days of buying the service and as he lives in Batesville asked if he could wait until he had another job in the area. I work from home so this was no problem at all. He called about a week later and had another job so it was quickly scheduled for him to come and do the work. He called the day before and reminded me of day and time he would arrive. He was an hour early and I asked for extra work which he measured and I paid an extra $125.00. He was quick and efficient and job was done perfectly. I will definitely recommend him and use him I the future. Very nice person.

GREAT!!! Dustin did a great job -- was very professional, well dressed and groomed, explained everything to be done prior to doing it, pointed out potential problem areas, Dustin walked me around the house after completing the pressure washing to make sure that I was satisfied with the job He did a great job of cleaning up the area when he was done and putting things back where they were to begin with. I would definitely use Rowland Pressure Cleaning again and would recommend him to others

It went great. He was supposed to be here at 1, but he called ahead to say he'd be 15 minutes late and he arrived when he said he would. He paid much attention to detail and took very good care of the plants and the flowers around the house by covering them. He did a super job and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Dustin had pressure washed our house when he was with Miller's Power Wash and we were very happy to use him again as the owner of his own company. We were especially pleased that he was able to come on very short notice so the deck would be ready for company we were having the following weekend. He came on one day to pressure wash the deck and two days later to apply the stain. We chose a lighter color than the one previously applied and a solid (as opposed to transparent or semi-transparent) so the old stain wouldn't show through. Dustin was very thorough as well as careful in applying the two coats of stain. He even took off the two bird feeders which were attached to the deck before he started. The deck looks great!

I was very pleased upon meeting and speaking with Dustin. He seemed to really care about the service and work that went into my home and making sure I was happy with the end result. I would recommend him to anyone looking for services rendered by his company.

Dustin agreed to clean the spa cabana because my house is significantly smaller than the 2500 s.f. size he offered in his $299.00 deal. He showed up on time, clearly described his services, and got right to work. It really was a pleasure to get the entire exterior of my property thoroughly cleaned. He was VERY thorough. Dustin had asked that all exterior screens be removed before his arrival. I got all of them except for a small kitchen window that is rather stubborn. Dustin cheerfully helped me to remove that screen, and then he made sure to help me replace it before he finished. His workmanship was extraordinarily good. All of my windows are clean, and they are not streaky. My siding and deck look as good as new. He not only cleaned the exterior of the spa cabana, but he also pressure washed the inside which I had not expected. Dustin said before he started that the cleaning would brighten up my house, That is exactly what happened. Because Dustin did such impressive work, I asked him to power wash a small brick sidewalk and seating patio that were not part of his original deal. He gave me a very fair price on the extra task, and he also performed it beautifully. The bricks and the seating wall are restored to their initial patina, and he was meticulous in the details. It all looks wonderful! In addition to doing good work, Dustin is also quite efficient. The initial work was all completed in about 90 minutes. Because he convinced me of his competence, I did not stay to observe his work on my patio. I paid him in advance and left. I was delighted with what I saw when I got home. I have already recommended this company to friends at work. If the system allowed me to give an A+ I would.

Dustin is very conscientious and courteous. He was very professional and was prepared with excellent equipment. He washed everything I expected plus my patio furniture for the same price. He protected the landscaping and helped remove water spots from the windows. I would use Dustin Rowland again on my next power wash project...He will go the extra mile for his customers!

He showed up on time and assured me, when I asked, that his cleaning would not damage my shrubs or newly blooming plants. He dug a small trench so the excess water would drain away. He was very friendly and professional. After working for another company for eight years he is starting his own business. I would definitely hire him again and may do so in the fall to power wash my house.

Communications with Dustin were simple. He contacted me immediately upon purchase of the deal. He asked questions, gave instructions and did the additional task of cleaning out the gutters for a small additional cost. Scheduling was simple and the work was completed as scheduled.
