My experience with Elite Pro Painting was a positive experience from the beginning to end. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant, prompt and attentive to my concerns. For the initial appointment, John showed up on time and listened. When I could not decide on a paint color, I emailed him and asked him for help. When I couldn't meet him during the time frame he suggested, I think he booked it over to my place so we could meet before I went out of town. We discussed paint, the base colors and how it would look in a couple of years. The final color turned out great. I am very pleased. During the painting, I had something or someone in my backyard late at night. Since the painters had a tall ladder, I asked if they could change out my flood lights. They said they would get it taken care of if I left them the bulbs. Also, during painting I had a concern, messaged John and he told me he would come that evening. We discussed the issue and my concerns and he reassured me that the paint job would be done to my liking. Basically stating, we can't fix something you don't like unless you tell us. He encouraged the dialogue. The painters themselves were very pleasant and friendly. They were courteous; they would knock on our door to get permission to come at 7:30am instead of 8am, asked permission to come on Saturday and Sunday, and knocked on the door to tell us they had to leave because it was raining. When my husband asked them to come at 8:30am or after on Sunday they immediately said okay and complied. When they were all done painting, I went around the house with two guys and pointed out anything I wanted touched up. The next day John came out and we walked around the house to make certain everything was okay. A swipe of paint had gotten on my screen and a screen on another section of my screened in porch had come loose. He stated he would send a guy out the next day to take care of it. The next morning the guy comes out first thing to fix the issues and the next thing I know both him and John are working on the screen door to my porch. I open the door and tell them that was already broken, that their guys didn't do it. They said they knew, but wanted to fix the door for me. What? Who does that stuff? Apparently, the Elite Pro Painters do.

They did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their work.

John showed up and gave us an estimate. Kurt and crew showed up on time and completed work quickly and cleaned up after themselves.

The house looks beautiful. They did a beautiful job of cleaning up, rehanging pictures and moving furniture. Couldn't be more pleased. Will now do the exterior.

Joel and his team were fantastic. Very responsive to my needs and attentive to detail. Christian and the guys took care of any concern I may have had while they were out painting my home. Joel even came back a week later to review everything and he opened some windows that were stuck due to excess moisture last summer. I would recommend using Elite Pro for any painting need and will be using them when I get my old house sold and move into my new home.

Very good. Provided assistance in color matching and paint type. Did not have to move church pews as required by other vendors. Careful with covering and taping items left in sanctuary. Result was wonderful. Started on time, completed on time. Recommended...

This did not go well. The verbal contract was not honored and the written contract was absolutely not honored. I asked that my house not be sprayed. Joel agreed, the house would not be spray painted. The house was sprayed. When I pointed out to Joel that it was spray painted and only had one coat of paint, he told me the painters would be here next week to apply 2nd coat of paint. Did not happen. My written contract states that two coats of paint would be applied. Joel and another person showed up three weeks later to do touch up on my house. I had to keep repeating that they were painting my house again. Joel's comment to me was that applying two coats of paint did not necessarily mean going around the house twice. They finally decided to paint my house again, but only the bottom half of the house. Again I had to email Joel to get the second coat of paint on the top half of my house. Written contract states that the driveway would be covered. My driveway was painted. Had to email Joel to remind him to get the paint off my driveway. A piece of trim was broken on the back of the house. When I showed Joel, he did not say anything, but later in an email he called me a liar, his painters did not damage my house. Written contract stated: loosen or removed downspouts to paint behind. This was never done. When I emailed Joel about this, his next email was asking for payment. Finally sent check to company, asking Joel not to set foot on my property again and blocked his emails.
