Elite Pro Painting

Very good! We had a few issues, however they took care of them. They truly stand behind the quality of their work. There name says it all. You will be 100% satisfied with the entire process.

Do your homework before choosing Elite Pro Painters. Unfortunately, their website does not allow customers to provide testimonials, all are screened. Used on previous $5,500 Avon interior job (2019) with no issues, however when used for Westfield interior/exterior $14K job (2020) the experience was sub-par and is costing me $2-3K to fix (2022). They are only as good as their subcontractors assigned to you and they don’t stand behind their work. The exterior and interior job took 6-8 weeks. Several times the crew was called away to another site, showed up late or only a couple crewmembers showed up at all. Completely wrapped the air conditioning condensing unit which caused it to shut off in the middle of the summer. I was the project manager most of the time coordinating days to paint, pointing out missed spots, not using drop cloths, cleaning spilled paint and not properly prepping surfaces. Current costs to replace drywall/spackling due to questionable techniques and repainting several wood services that have 1”– 3” bubbles. Sent email communications to company with no responses. Overall, I would not recommend this company.

Good communication from start to end. A minor hiccup along the way, but resolved easily. Charles and Rob were good, and the paint crew went out of their way ( literally!) to get the job done professionally. House looks great.

We were very happy with Elite Pro. They were so professional from the initial quote through the whole process. Very good at communicating and coordinating all their team members. The color consultation was also really helpful. The painting crew was very polite and helped make sure they did everything how we wanted. Overall great experience.

Great! The painters were right on time, worked diligently and finished in 4 hours. They were extremely neat and careful to leave everything perfect.

This company was amazing to work with! Kristen came to my house to proved a walk through and quote. Their color consult came to my house to assist in picking the right colors! I had a lot! I could not of picked them without her expertise and I’m so very happy with the results! The painting crew were phenomenal! Very professional, very clean, very fast but amazing quality work. I had a room with drywall damage from wallpaper removal and they completely transformed it to look brand new! We are so extremely pleased we are having them back yo paint the outside and upstairs bedrooms!

It looks good but I was disappointed that more prep work was not completed prior to painting. Elite advertises that they take proper steps to remove old chipping paint and prep surfaces. This was not done. They just slopped new paint on top of old paint. Didnt matter if there was a nail head sticking out, old paint about to fall off or even if there was a spiders web there, they just slopped paint over it all. If I had known this, I could have hired a bum to just paint all my trim then for a few hundred bucks. But I went with Elite and paid over 2,000 dollars because I thought they would go above and beyond and take that "extra step" to ensure everything gets done right. And get this, before they arrived, I removed a spindle gate that was attached in between two posts on my front patio. I removed the nails and even filled in the holes with wood filler. All that was left was an imprint of the gate from the old paint in the posts. Did they take the time to sand it off? Nope. Painted right over it. Now I had 2 posts with a fresh coat of white on it with an imprint of the previous gate on them. Surprised the painters and even the supervisor thought this was ok. What if it was their house they were painting? Do you think they would have just painted over it? Obviously I had to call and get them to come back out and repair this and the painters did, but left without notice, didnt even knock on our door to get our approval. It does look better tho. But it seems to me all they are worried about is getting the job done as fast as possible so they can get to the next job. They make it seem like you're getting your money's worth because they send out a quoter to your house, then a color coordinator, then a pressure washer to spray a chlorine solution on the trim, then finally the painters. Don't get me wrong, it looks good, neighbors love it but when you get up close to it you can see no prep work was involved, just threw new paint on top of old paint. For the price I paid, I expected better.

Great! Eric and his crew did a fabulous job on a big project. Lots of furniture to move and the crew led by Francisco did a professional job and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them for any painting needs you may have.

We looked at several painting companies, and chose Elite b/c of their competitive pricing and good reputation. I am glad we did! We had the exterior of our 2-story home painted and rotten/damaged boards around windows replaced. The carpenters were exceptional! Their work is quality and done correctly (not rushed). The painters were wonderful! They were friendly, accommodating, polite,and very good at their job! The office staff was professional and handled any questions with care, patience, and efficiency. THANK YOU for helping our home look the best it can! GREAT experience, and I definitely recommend!!!

I would highly recommend Elite Pro Painting. Kimber went out of her way to help me select the right blue shade. When the painters arrived, they were ready to work. The attention to detail was great resulting in a new blue house with crisp white trim. The painters worked diligently to get the project completed in a timely manner. I would use them again.

We had 3 quotes done, and while they weren't the cheapest of the three, we selected them based on their responsiveness and seeing other work they'd done in our neighborhood. The entire experience was flawless; from the initial estimate, to the actual work. The crew that did the painting was very professional. They went around the house and picked up every scrap of tape, and even moved our patio furniture back to where it was (even though we told them that we'd take care of it after they were done) The crew put in a 12 hour day when it was 90 degrees in Brownsburg yet still were cheerful and professional all day long. We would hire them again without question!

Very well. The carpet was covered and taped and all wood trim was taped. There was no paint drips on uncovered surfaces. The painters were polite and easy to work with and answered any questions I had.

Hire this company!! From start to finish the process was exceptional. Kirsten was listened to our needs and assisted with color matching. Vince did a great job managing our project and made sure we were completely satisfied.

I love the process of speaking with a person to set up your color and then having a site manager to oversee the paint job. It was a really good experience. Vince the site manager came back to inspect the overall job and he corrected any finishing touches to ensure I was happy. I was also impressed how the team painted and finished everything all in one day. Will definitely use Elite Pro Painting again.
