Description of Work: Sealed cracks in our basement wall and floor. The work was done professionally and with no mess left after the work was completed.

Description of Work: A1 replaced the drainage pipe around our basement windows and ran drainage pipe underground to our ditch. They did a great job with our work. We had to wait a few months to get scheduled, but felt we got a good value for the work completed.

Description of Work: Made an appointment for an estimate on some crawlspace work. No one showed up at the scheduled appointment time. Attempted to call company, and there was no answer. Call several days later, received an apology and rescheduled the estimate appointment. No one showed for the second appointment. Called to complain and was told the owner would get back to me. Have never heard back from the company.

Description of Work: Excellent Job. They dug out the existing sump well to a deeper depth, backfilled with gravel and ran a new discharge line to the back yard with check valves. Wet basement is totally dry even after the wettest June and July in history ! Very Happy !

Description of Work: Waterproofed the perimeter of our basement on the inside. |We had a few glitches along the way but everything was resolved. The team of workers we had in our home was excellent. I hope we do not need to use them again, as they guarantee a dry basement, but at this point I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Ai installed waterproofing, a sump-pump, and jacks in our crawl space nearly five years ago. We recently noticed that two of our doors above the jacks were somewhat tight in opening and closing which suggested the jacks needed to be adjusted. A1 came out, confirmed the issue as likely attributable to recent colder temperatures probably resulted in changes to the underlying ground surface below the house. We were told by the business owner this happens from time-to-time which, given that our house is 55 years old, makes perfect sense. They adjusted the jacks slightly, but sufficient to resolve the problem. And even though they'd sent a crew of three to do the work, we were not charged for this work. We were impressed with their original work and even more impressed by this great follow-up service!

Description of Work: Water was entering the basement during heavy rains. The house was built in the 1960s and the walls needed to be reinforced. A-1 installed a drainage system with a sump pump and carbon fiber reinforcement on the walls. We had not had flooding problems since that time.

Description of Work: They put in a "Gator" drainage system in the bottom level of a tri-level. They arrived when they said they would be there and did a nice job of protecting things from the dust and cleaning up when finished.
