Description of Work: They installed a perimeter drainage system in the crawlspace in 2005. I paid them. $4450.00 They gave me a lifetime warranty. I have had mold and mold smell in a couple rooms and a closet. Justin Roberts from A-1 wants to sell me devices to install in the house. I have purchased a dehumidifier and I run that. The crawlspace is wet and has water under the plastic. If the crawlspace was dry, the house would be dry. It needs the system replaced or repaired.
