"In general the process went well and the convenience of on site repair would convince us to use them again. However a two week expected delivery turned into a four week timeline, and we were only made aware of the issue and delay by us making the call instead of them contacting us. Both the inspection visit and the installation visit were over an hour later the scheduled time but the technician did call a short time before his arrival. The repair job will require us to make some cosmetic repairs to the window and also fix a couple missing nails."

"City Glass of Bloomington took a week to send someone out to look at our new basement shower that just needs existing doors installed. Guy comes and says no problem, will take 2-3 hours to install. Their main guy then tells me they can’t install it for 3 weeks. A week later I called to confirm (because these folks don’t seem trustworthy or organized) and he tells me they won’t actually touch it because it’s not their glass door!!! I’ve told him in multiple convos that this is a rush because we are hosting a family reunion soon. He’s wasted a solid month of our time and would’ve wasted more if I hadn’t called him today, because he clearly had no intention of letting me know he wouldn't do the job. I had to push to even get a half-hearted apology out of him."
