+ 0 moreThe process took 2 1/2 days and they cleaned up after each day's work. There was only one problem and that happened after the first day. We have a tankless water heater and when they capped off the plumbing after the first day we had no hot water due to how our tankless water heater works. The technician was not aware of this and was very apologetic.
Description of Work: Removed 3piece fiberglass shower system and haul away. Installed a shower base and floor to ceiling acrylic walls, shower head, new chrome faucet and shower curtain bar. Also had to reroute some plumbing and moved shower head up 6".

+ -1 moreSales person came out onsite with samples and designed replacement. Install person came out a few days later to measure and discuss installation and options, then ordered materials. Order took about 4 weeks, then scheduled installation for following week. First day was primarily demolition by two persons and start of install. Second day one person returned and completed the install. The crew used floor coverings on our carpet, removed all old material and hauled away, and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. They also communicated with us at each phase of the project, discussed details of the work, offered options and suggestions, and explained procedures for care and maintenance.
Description of Work: Replaced bathroom shower stall with new shower. Removed old shower liner, water damaged tile and wallboard, base, and old plumbing fixtures. Installed new greenboard, base, acrylic walls and ceiling, shelves, hand bar, retractable door, plumbing and fixtures.

+ -1 moreWe went to Indy home show and talked to several door companies because we are in the process of wanting a new, energy efficient front door. Made an appt at the home show -- they called a week later and had to reschedule. Which was fine. Rescheduled for the week after. They wanted both of us to be home so that all of our questions would be answered. Husband had to reschedule a couple meetings to be home at 6:00 pm. We waited until 6:30 -- they were a no-show. They didn't even call to apologize or provide us with an explanation why they didn't show. Not kind of company I want to work with since their customer service and reliability isn't that great.
Description of Work: None was done. They were a no-show for a rescheduled appt.
