Not good communication- We were not told we would need to rehang the window covering or they may not fit after new windows were installed! When some windows were installed security system was tore out or covered up. Should have called us to so we could call the security Co. & work with this issue instead of us finding out when we went to set our alarm! Not Happy! About extra expences! We felt the "safe" was the most important thing! So important details were left out.

It went great. The window has materials that look like they are high quality and the installation guys were great and they did a wonderful job. The window looks fantastic and my heating and cooling bills are both reduced.

The workers showed up on time. Installed all windows and finished them in timely manner. They were all friendly and professional.

We met with Charles Surber at the Indianapolis Home Show. He came to the house a couple of times to take measurements and to talk over our options. We also went to Anderson to see a finished room before we started work. Rain delayed our start by a couple of weeks, but Charles kept us informed. There was a crew of 3-4 guys each day for a week. They were very polite and answered any questions we may have had while they were working. When finished, the workmanship was very good and the foreman walked us around the job to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We felt that the price was reasonable, and less expensive than other quotes we had been given for the same work. Overall, we are very satisfied with our room, and have been using it a lot!

Everything went great. Quality was top notch and Shane the installer was very professional and great to work with. Charles cam out and gave us the estimate and said approx 6 weeks until installation and that is exactly how it all happened. Colud not be more pleased with the whole process.

Workers arrived promptly, were courteous. Worked well together, professional, thorough, cleaned up any mess they made. A good team.

Doug and Duane arrived on time and were excellent. Doors were beautiful and they cleaned up everything and showed me how everything worked.

Had an awning that collapsed during ice storm. Want a glass 3 season enclosed patio. It's beautiful. Jason, the rep was awesome and there for me throughout. Weather conditions caused some delays in completion.

Workers were on time. Very courteous. Completed work in estimated time. Left everything clean after work was completed. Old parts hauled away.

A few years ago, Surber's remodeled our main bathroom. They installed a new tub, surround, vanity, toilet, lights and flooring. The work they did was EXCELLENT. We love how the bathroom turned out. We now decided to re-do the master bath. We ordered the same finishes as the main bath. Although their main installer was swamped and the work was delayed, they told us at the point of order that it would be delayed, and kept us informed. Monday, they installed the shower. What I assumed would be a two day job took only one day, and it's beautiful. We're still waiting on the vanity (which we ordered from a separate supplier--not Surber's) to arrive, so the job can be completed. I'm very pleased with their workmanship, professionalism and materials. I highly recommend Surber's.

They did an outstanding job. They were honest and very professional.

Surber's price was fair, they were accurate in explaining everything fully to the agreed price, and actually they got done ahead of time.

The foreman came in told me what he was going to do and a time he thought he would be finished with the door. The other installer started on the bath. The foreman ran into rotten wood under the door. Showed me replaced it with a reasonable charge that had been a question on the bill since I had never had a entrance door put in where something was the matter. Bob did my complete removal of my bath. Told me he would be about three days. New faucets, cabinets,a new tile floor,tub and walls. It turned out better than I expected. He even asked since I am small where I would like the grab bar for the shower. I would use them again and plan on remodeling my master bath next year. Surbers has done all of my major work. They have been in business 33 years and I trust them. I dont even have to be home. They will be putting a new door in for me after taxes between my garage and house. I got to order the door already painted.

Well-satisfied with overall work and relationship with workers and the office. Do call the Anderson office, NOT the Muncie office. :No way I can tell the whole story now. Too long ago. I spoke in detail to a man who called be a few years ago. If that information was recorded, you have it all.

Charles, the manager, came out (3) times to address my problem. The workers never fixed the air leaks. The manager finally told that i had a bad batch of windows and i needed to contact the manufacturer of the windows. and they are out of state. I still have those windows.

They did a good job. When I had some problems they came out and addressed them.

Charles the owner was fantastic. He knows the bathroom remodeling business very well and price was very competitive. I had a medical condition that made things complicated but he gave much thought to what I would need due to my situation. I'm sad to say we now unexpectedly have to move because of my medical condition and are unable to pursue the remodeling. I would recommend him to anyone.

We got quotes from several companies, and went with Surber's because of pricing and what they offered. We ordered exactly what we wanted, and as soon as the products arrived, they called to schedule installation. A three man crew came and were extremely professional. They showed up on time, cleaned up each day, and did a fantastic job. They even hung a new light and mirror that I had for the room, which wasn't included in the quote. If we have another remodel in the future, I will be calling them!

They did the job right. I still am in love with my windows. I had a problem with one of the windows and they took care of it. The time was not good. There was a problem with the order somewhere along the line and I did have to wait longer than they said I would have to. But, they were excellent. When they realized things weren't going well with the office in Muncie, they got right on the ball and made sure they took care of it. They had me call them directly. They were very attentive. They were very neat. They cleaned up everything they did. I found very few nails or anything on the ground to pick up. They cleaned up after the windows, too. They had a high standard.

I first met them at a patio show. I loved interacting with them at the patio show and subsequently to set up an in home appointment. They were very nice, professional and I felt I could trust them. I ended up going with someone else because of the price. I got what I wanted for less and I liked the company I went with just as much as I liked Surber. Surber was my second choice.

The owner was prompt in arriving for an estimate in Indianapolis downtown home. The approximate date set up for installation had to be postponed due to their heavy schedule and ended up being a couple of weeks later than they thought it would be. The installation was very professionally executed, with thorough prep work. They ended up sending an extra person to help finish up more quickly, since a newborn baby was arriving home on the last day of installation. ( He was 3 1/2 weeks early.) The office staff was consistently courteous and efficient when we had any contact. The installers were well trained and did a perfect job. One of the windows was cracked when they opened the crate from the manufacturer. Another cracked shortly after installation. They promptly ordered replacements and called when they arrived. They were installed with no problems in a timely manner.
