Description of Work: Jan was very responsive to my call about a broken lock. After scheduling an appointment time, she was able to take care of our issue a day earlier than planned. It turns out the lock was not broken, just needed tightening. Since it was an easy fix she gave us a discount on the service call fee.

Description of Work: Janco was excellent. Accommodated my schedule. Came in the evening. Fixed several problems. One fix didn’t work. She went and got a new bolt and came, again on my schedule, and fixed it. No new charge except for the part. I have had her come to my home over the last decade. If I have any future problem, I’ll call her again.

Description of Work: We moved into our new home and had all of the doors rekeyed. Jan was very efficient and friendly. She also fixed a lock that was jammed on the house that we are trying to sell. I felt very comfortable letting her handle the job while I was not there. She did exactly what she said she would do!!!!! I definetly will use her again when needed.
