JAN WAS HAVING SOME PERSONAL CONFLICTS THAT SEEMED TO CREATE A PROBLEM WITH HER SCHEDULING. WE MADE ONE APPOINTMENT WITH HER THAT SHE ENTIRELY MISSED AND ACKNOWLEDGED THAT SHE DID NOT REMEMBER IT. THE SECOND APPOINTMENT SHE ARRIVED APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES LATE. HER PROFESSIONALISM IN RECOMMENDING ECONOMICAL AND SATISFACTORY SOLUTIONS ARE VERY HIGHLY DEMONSTRATED. WE WILL USE HER SERVICE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HER TO OTHER PEOPLE.
