Jan was able to remove the old lock set without any damage to my door or door frame. Then, not only did she install a new lock and set of doorknobs, but she also installed a new and slimmer plate so that the door no longer even sticks. I am very satisfied, for many reasons: Jan was on time. She was courteous. She knew just what to do, and she worked carefully yet didn't waste any time. She also completely met the quote she had given me on the phone (''under 100 dollars.'') I very highly recommend her.

She fixed the problem without ado, and was nice to my standard poodle in the process!

Overall, I was very pleased. She asked for $50 cash when her normal rate for a service call in posted as $60. And, this was a Sunday, so I expected an upcharge from the $60. She was prompt, courteous and I hope I never need her again for anything similar, but if I do, I'll call her.

Jan is wonderful; she has worked for us several times, and we have always been very happy.

This is at least the third or fourth time I have used Jan. She has always been very prompt, and she performs the services quietly & efficiently. Pricing is fair. I would definitely use her again... and again!

OUR LOCK WASN'T AN EMERGENCY SITUATION, WOULD BE IMMEDIATE. THE WORK WAS PERFECT. SHE LEFT THE JOB IN A CLEAN CONDITION. WE WILL CALL JAMCO FROM NOW ON.

OVERALL IT WAS GOOD. I WOULD HIRE HER AGAIN. SHE WAS ALWAYS ON TIME. SHE WAS COURTEOUS BECAUSE SHE HAD TROUBLE FINDING MY HOUSE, AND SHE CALLED AND SAID SHE WOULD BE A LITTLE LATE. THE LOCKS WERE INSTALLED PERFECTLY, AND WE COULD USE OUR OLD KEYS BECAUSE OF THE RE-KEYING.

Very friendly, gave recommendation to other company that better served my need. Would consider them first for any locksmith needs.

Everything was well above exceptional to me. Her pricing was great. She gave very helpful suggestions I would not have thought of. Her workmanship is excellent and she never leaves trash behind. She makes sure before she leaves that each door is in working condition. My husband later told me that the garage door never had a key and Jan took the time to fix that. When Jan went to work on one of the doors she heard whimpering that turned out to be newborn kittens. She called me on my cell phone to tell me what she found. She took them to the vet and paid for intensive care for the kittens. After that she explained to me that the kittens would be going to foster homes for two weeks and then would need permanent homes. Many service providers I don't believe would have cared for them as much. That was above the call of duty. She should be on the Page of Happiness for this. We really need more people like Jan.

They were earlier than they said they would be. They were very fast. They said that they expected I would make a report on them since they knew I was a member, and that rubbed me the wrong way.

EXCELLENT service. Jan did more than she said she would do and didn't charge more. She's very nice to talk to (can even give you good restaurant recommendations). I'd hire her again with no concerns at all. I very highly recommend her.

SHE WAS ON TIME, FRIENDLY, DID THE WORK COMPETENTLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY.

She was extremely friendly and nice enough not to charge since she was unable to do the job. However her punctuality was not the best. Would have appreciated a call sooner to let me know that she was running behind and needed to reschedule. Running behind the next day too.

2 pm: When I called, Jan answered and said she could do the job. She had just been on the southside and was heading north to do a job and then east. Since the door was still lockable, we agreed to wait until the AM. By 4pm, she called back to see if we would be home in the evening stating she could take care of us. By 8pm, she was on-site and by 8:15, she had the key out. She even cut me a new key. She was very professional and driven towards customer service. I would use her services again.

She was prompt and very friendly. She even reduced her normal charge because gas prices had gone down.

SHOWED UP EXACTLY ON TIME AND GAVE ESTIMATE. PRICE FOR HARDWARE WAS LESS THAN ANTICIPATED. WHEN HARDWARE WAS RECEIVED, SHE CALLED AND SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME FOR INSTALLATION. SHE SHOWED UP AS SCHEDULED AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB OF INSTALLING AND ALIGNING LOCK MECHANISMS. JAN GIVES OUTSTANDING SERVICE AT VERY FAIR PRICES. SHE IS EXTREMELY RELIABLE AND VERY PLEASANT TO TALK WITH WHILE SHE IS WORKING. I HAVE USED JANCO BEFORE, AND WAS EQUALLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. IF I NEED FUTURE WORK, THERE IS NO QUESTION THAT I WOULD CALL HER AGAIN.
