They had good service, but were pricey.

JAN, OWNER, CALLED ME AND CAME RIGHT OUT AND ON TIME. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EVEN EXPLAINED HOW THE LOCKS WORK. EXCELLENT SERVICE, WILL DEFINITELY USE IN FUTURE AND REFER TO ANYONE.

I called Jan & she was able to come out the next day. I felt very comfortable using her because, being a single woman, it was nice to have a woman coming to the house. She easily changed the locks, found a broken lock in the back door, went to her truck, found the spare part, & fixed it. Her price was very comparable.

Jan was busy but able to come to our home within 4 hours of my call to her. She had a lock that perfectly matched ours and the entire service was only approx 30 minutes.

Jan was very professional and eager to service the work as soon as possible. She called an hour ahead of scheduled time to inform us that she was running behind (and gave a time frame as to when she would be here). She called again to inform us she was about 10 minutes away. Work performed in professional manner and she cleaned up. Very courteous, easy to talk with. We used her 13 years ago and trust her to do a high quality job.

Jan was extremely pleasant throughout the entire service visit. I am usually intimidated by service people, but she made me feel comfortable and ENCOURAGED me to ask questions along the way. This has NEVER happened to me in 25 years of having service people do work for me! Jan even called to tell me that she might be 5 minutes late (even though she was still within the 15 (!) minute window she gave me. Wow! She even saved us money by not replacing the entire lock because it wasn't necessary. And, she didn't rush through the repair - you know, like the outside contractors for our cable company. Jan was a refreshing service person who I will call for ALL of my locksmith work!

Jan told me on the phone approx price, and set time/date for work. Called my cell phone when she was running late and new ETA. Work done efficiently and price charged as quoted.

This is the second time I have used Janco. She did a little bit extra for us without being asked. We had a serious situation because our door would not open to get out of the home, and she came the day that we called and it was one of those bad snowy days. We will not forget that.

She is very professional & gets the job done. She does what she needs to do & nothing more.

She came out within 45 minutes and the work took 15 minutes. Some of the best work I've ever had. I would use her again. The cost was very reasonable.

The job cost a little more than I anticipated but Janco was prompt, quick and efficient and did a good job.

Jan returned my voicemail asking for rekeying services quickly. She came to the properties when she said she would. Jan willingly responded to questions and provided valuable suggestions. She got the work done at each property efficiently and effectively. She called with any questions while she was at the property and didn't even charge me for one that was boarded up that I had given her. She's trustworthy and true to her word; shows up when she says; does the work requested efficiently; never leaves anything behind to be cleaned up and leaves the properties secured. She works the entire Indy area and works with out of state investors. It's a pleasure doing business with her and I've hired her for more rekeying jobs!

I called to understand if she could do the job and she asked better questions and gave more details than other vendors, while she admitted that she was not the cheapest. She called on her way, arrive on time, did the work, managed the cats well with open doors, worked independently while I was working from home myself, and gave me a discount for Angie's List even though I didn't have a coupon.

They had prompt service and a reasonable price.

Jan does an excellent job. This was the second home she has done for us.
