She was very efficient and very professional. The price was a little bit more than I had paid before to have the locks changed.

Great! Janco was very personable and worked to set up a time that worked for my schedule. She even called the day before my appointment to let me know she had just finished another job and was willing to come by my home if the time worked well for me. She arrived a bit late for our appointment, but she called to let me know a previous job was taking longer than expected. She then walked me through her process of repairing the lock and gave me tips on how to combat the problem in the future. She explained her warranty policy and worked in a timely fashion. She was very personable, polite, and knowledgeable.

She was very responsive when I called her and she was able to provide service within an hour of my call. Some of the doors were pretty complicated and she was very patient and work diligently to get the job done. She was great.

The job went very well. Although I had requested that she change locks on only two doors she was able to accommodate me and rekey the locks on the other two doors and make extra keys for all.

She was done in 10 minutes! She is very professional, friendly, and got it done right away! I would give her an A+! I would hire her again in a second! I don't think you could do any better!

Excellent! Jan came over the day I called for an initial quote, did not up sell me on anything and in fact, convinced me that I did not need a couple of extra deadbolts. Work was as expected, although there was a slight delay in the time she quoted. There was a mix up with the type of knob I wanted, but this was solved without any issue. I picked up the correct knobs from her a week later.

We have used Janco before and were extremely satisfied with her work. Therefore, I called Jan to repair our lock on the door from the house to the garage which is used frequently and we're experiencing problems with the deadbolt. Within 2 days she scheduled us. My husband decided he wanted all our outside locks re-keyed after I had called Jan. I called her in the AM of the day she was scheduled to come to our home and asked her if she could do this job also. She said it would be no problem. When she arrived, I showed her another problem with the pantry door knob that I had replaced but did not mortise so the door would close properly. She was very accommodating and repaired everything we requested. She is extremely nice, personable and skilled in her profession. My husband is still commenting on how nice it is to be able to open the pantry door with no problems. We were extremely happy and would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much, Jan.

She had a little trouble finding our house, but once she got there she was very quick and efficient. One of the locks was beyond help, and she noted that it would be cheaper anyway to put in a new lock. She was done with all the locks in about 20 minutes, and made sure we had our 4 extra keys, too.

Jan was very professional, but very friendly at the same time. She told us which locks should be re-keyed and which ones we should not waste money on and should replace in the future. We appreciated this advice. Overall, a very good experience at a time that we were quite stressed.

I had my house key stolen and therefore needed our locks changed on very short notice. I spoke with Jan at about 4:30pm and she offered to be at my home by 7pm, which she was. Even though it was technically an emergency call, her rates were reasonable and she was very flexible and accommodating. I really appreciate her willingness to drive back up to my area (she had just been in the area earlier in the day) and her friendly attitude.

We needed to have 12 locks re-keyed before going out of town for the weekend. I called Jan on Tuesday and was able to schedule an appointment for Thursday morning. She was running about 1/2 hour behind the day of the appointment but she called in advance to let us know. The locks turned out to be very challenging to repair. They were obsolete so there were no parts available. It took some doing, but she was still able to get the job done without having to totally replace the locks. There was only a nominal additional charge. (Her prices are comparable to one of her competitors from whom I had gotten a quote). She was cheerful and very professional even though our job turned out to be more involved than anticipated and really messed up her appointment schedule for the day.

She showed up, fixed the lock, no fuss no muss.

Scheduling was easy; she arrived on time and quickly re-keyed our doors. One of the locks was a bit out of alignment, and Jan fixed that problem so that the lock would open more easily. Because the project didn't take her very long, she gave me five copies of the keys to make up the $100 cost, which I thought was generous.

Went great. She had a car accident which delayed her making the initial appointment, but she was very conscientious and called me at every step to reschedule. She did a great job and was very friendly and personable.

She was very personable and professional. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to others. When there was one small problem she came back right away to take care of it.

I called for an estimate on rekeying some exterior locks and replacing a lockset. Jan came out the same day that I called. Her estimate was well within our expectation and she was able to complete the job during the same visit. It took her less than 30 minutes. She was very professional and pleasant.

Great. She answered my initial call quickly and offered advice about selecting the replacement locks. I just thought a lock was a lock until she mentioned some things I needed to consider. The installation went smoothly.

Excellent service. They were flexible to change the appointment (which I requested the morning of our appointment), immediately rescheduled for a few days later. Arrived just a little later than planned, but called in advance to let me know; apologized again when she arrived, and upon her departure thanked me for being amenable for her [slight] tardiness (which was out of her control). Very professional, quietly performed the work (which I appreciate because I am not a fan of yapper service folks). I have already recommended Jan to others, and will continue to do so. I give her my highest marks for a service provider in Indianapolis. I am not able to comment on her prices, as I have never had this service done before. It seemed reasonable so I rate her an A. She provided an Angie's List discount, without my requesting it.

Jan called to say she was possibly going to be about 15 minutes late. She, however, did arrive at previously scheduled time. She asked I show her the doors she'd be changing the locks on and once I showed her the last one, she immediately started on the job. She found one of the door knobs to be broken and asked if I'd like it fixed. I said I would and she then actually suggested changing out the whole knob as it would be less expensive than repairing it and re-keying it. Total time here was about 25 minutes.
