Jan did a great job. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. We even had to change the appointment on her at the last minute, and she kindly accomodated us. Her work was good, quick, and the price was even less than her estimate.

Jan came out about 30 minutes after I called and was able to repair my lock in about 5 minutes! She was fast, professional, and very nice too! I highly recommend this service.

Jan met me before work so I was able to minimize the time I took off, and got me in in two days. She replaced one lock completely, including drilling the hole in the door bigger since the old lock was a non-standard size, and then rekeyed two others. All locks now use the same key, and I am secure again. And she threw in some extra keys because I'm an Angies List member. She's great.

She is prompt, she answered the phone quickly. The quote over the phone matched the price the day of service. We would definitely hire them again! The price included 6 keys.

Service entrance door to our detached garage would not open due to a worn door knob and latch. Short of braking into the garage, there was no way to get into the garage as the garage door openers to the overhead door were in our cars locked in the garage. Since my husband needed to go to work, we called Jan right at 8:00 a.m. She arrived in about an hour and had the problem resolved in less than an hour.

I called and she was there within 20 minutes and job was completed within 10 minutes. She is very friendly and professional.

Jan provided sample knobs to look at. She was patient when I changed my mind on the preferred color and finish after ordering the knobs that I originally thought I wanted. She reordered and didn't make a big deal about it. She didn't actually install the knobs and locks herself because she was recovering from surgery. She had a trusted fellow locksmith do the actual work, and he was fine, too.

I contacted her after finding her here. She was very pleasant and professional. I described my situation and she gave me an estimate. Scheduled the appointment and she arrived as planned. She was very professional and thorough with her service and had the doors rekeyed quickly. I would definitely recommend her as well as use her again for any locksmith needs that I may have in the future.

She is always pleasant to talk to, this being no exception. I was so pleased to have this resolved (or else our renter would probably have needed to stay with us overnight!). And, giving us advice over the phone without charging us just adds to our loyalty!! Jan will always be our security goddess!!

Called Jan on the morning of Christmas Eve and she was at our house at 1:00 p.m. She answered her phone directly (no service or answering machine) and scheduled the time. Great service, especially on Christmas Eve!!!

It was good. She worked quickly. She knew what she was doing. The part was in the truck so it did not require a second call. She was a little late, but called to let me know.

Their service was superior. They came when they said they were going to, and although they were slightly delayed, they called to let me know that they were delayed. They were professional and caring, and did the work in a spectacular fashion. They even gave me senior discount, on top of their already reasonable price. I will absolutely use them again, and would highly recommend them.

After some initial confusion re appointment times and a minor delay caused by trash-raiding raccoons the lock and new handle set were installed to my satisfaction.

She is very friendly and wants to be accomodating. She had come out and looked at all of the doors and receved the parts that she needed within 24 hours, she had told me that it might take a couple of weeks originally. She was not punctual in coming out though, because she told me the time she was going to come out but ended up being an hour late. She did call and tell me that she was running late and apologized. I asked if she gave any type of discount and she said that she would give us two extra keys. However, with there only being two of us, the six keys total really didn't come in handy. When she said she was late she said she was trying to take care of a personal matter and it just seemed like she was preocupied with other things while she was working.

Jan arrived on time and was very pleasant and friendly. The entire process to change the locks took about 30 minutes-very quick! The total cost was $207, which was based on $65 service charge, $15 per cylinder(or $45 for the three cylinders that were replaced)$25 labor charge, and somewhere around $60 for the garage door lock change, plus tax. Very reasonable prices!

Called in the morning and asked if Jan could come to my home to rekey doors. She was able to come early that evening. Work was done very quickly, very neatly and very efficiently.
