I was very pleased. She asked if she could stop by to take a look before the work and then scheduled for later in the week. She called back to say she was sick and asked if it was okay to reschedule. She made sure that if it were needed earlier she could recommend someone else. I told her it was fine to reschedule. She came and did a great job. Would definitely use her again!

The work went fine. It got done in probably less than an hour and a half. Janco is the owner. She is the one who comes out and does all the work. She's just a really delightful lady. She is punctual and reasonably priced. She does excellent work, and I trust her. I have also used her for another house of mine, and I would definitely use her again.

The tricky part of this service was that it was both a Sunday and a holiday (Halloween) and we didn't know if we could get anyone out that day. Jan called us right back and agreed to come over that night and fix it, saving us from taking time off of work. I was particularly impressed that she made a point to use her work van (which was a little complicated given that it was a Sunday night) and that she made sure to change into a company work shirt. And the overall charge really wasn't much more than if we had waited until Monday and a whole lot more convenient. We've used Jan before, and highly recommend her to anyone needing a locksmith.

Housepainters had locked me out of my house and three other locksmith services either didn't answer the phone or all of their employees were 'out of town'; the owner of Janco answered her phone and was immediately on her way. She arrived much sooner than I expected and had me in my house within 10 minutes. I will call Janco first the next time I need anything to do with my home's physical security.

Janco was very responsive and came out to my house at night. I think she charged a fair price for what was an emergency service. I find her to be very reputable and trustworthy.

I found them on Angies List. She called me back right away and got here on time. She was very pleasant and very professional. She did a great job.

She's really excellent. She came right away. She had done a lot of work when we moved here before. We've used her quite a bit.

I E-mailed her on saturday and she showed up monday to do the work. She said that she had responded to my E-mail over the weekend , but I did not get a reply. She Looked at the front door lock and found a broken pin or clamp, which she replaced, lubercated lock and the adjusted the striker plate. On the rear door, she Lowered the striker plate and lubercated the lock. The lady knew what she was doing, was very pleasant to talk too and quickly completed all task. I would recommend her services and call her if I needed a locksmith.

She is really professional and I felt like she always went out of her way to add value to her services. I just felt comfortable with her, which I think is important for someone who has the keys to your house. She is punctual and will give you good value for your money.

I made an appointment with Jan and she arrived promptly at the appointment time. This is the second time I have called her for locksmith needs. She is very professional and quick, and does great work. I really appreciate her work and would definitely recommend her to others.

I called about 9:30 in the morning and she said she could come out that afternoon between 1 and 2. Jan came when she said she would come, was very professional, completed the job within about 20 minutes and she wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the result before she left. I would definitely call her again.

She came right away, and was very friendly. The weather was terrible, and she didn't seem to mind. She was very efficient, and the price was very reasonable.

Very well. I didn't realize until right before she arrived that my balcony doors were also keyed, so instead of re-keying 2 locks, she rekeyed 6 for me.

Jan was wonderful and super nice! I thought $20 was extremely fair! My deadbolt is so much easier to use now and I asked if she made key copies and she does. Since she was headed to another appointment she didn't have time to make some copies for me but told me another company to go to that she trusts. I thought that was nice of her to do!! I will definitely tell people about her and use her again!!!

Jan could not fit us into her schedule the morning I called but came out promptly the next morning. Communication was excellent and the final price was slightly below the phone quote. Highly recommended!

I couldn't get an appointment for 2 days, but Jan called the morning after I'd made the appointment to tell me that she had an opening. She came at the time she promised and did the work to my satisfaction.

Jan is great to work with and very fair in price. She enlisted the help of Duke of A-A for this job, and they worked well together. She had good suggestions for general security and didn't do more than I needed. Her service call was $60, and many over-the-phone estimates had been $75 for other companies. Her rekeying fees were a bit less per lock too. You will get good, reliable service with Jan.

She was prompt, quick, professional and a pleasure to do business with. She actually charged us $20 less than what she originally quoted us.

Great experience. Jan was willing to come out to our new house on a Saturday and arrived within the 1 hour window she quoted us. The service was high quality and quick. We are very happy.

Our deadbolt was frozen in the locked position and we could not use our back door. We called Janco based on the reviews on this site and are happy that we did. Jan did a phone assessment of our problem. She asked what brand deadbolt we were using and found us a new replacement part. She even got the manufacturer to cover the cost of the part under warranty! She picked the part up and offered it to me at no charge if I wanted to do the work myself. Since I was not really qualified to remove the old lock without tearing up my door, I asked her to come do the work. When she got here, she pointed out that our door was not square in the frame. We decided that in lieu of having the door frame repaired right away, that she would move the strike plate to make the deadbolt slide easier. Jan was super fast, her work was excellent and she is a genuinely nice person. She only charged $30 for her labor, which was more than fair. We also paid the $60 trip charge, but considering that she had to track down the part before she came here (AND got it for free), I thought that was totally reasonable. If you want a good job done by an honest, hardworking independent business person, Janco is definitely a wise choice!
