He started work on my driveway on Monday, July 20th and completed the job on July 21st. He was always prompt, courteous and helpful. We had an estimate from another Angie's List facility that projected the costs of replacing our driveway, walkway, and steps with a new pour. After talking with Troy, I decided to allow him to restore and resurface these areas. His work is outstanding. He completely restored these areas and actually made them appear new. He advised us on how to maintain the drive to extend the life of the surface. He was very candid and upfront about everything involved with this process. We would recommend Troy without hesitation. I even suggested that he place a sign in our yard so that other people in our subdivision would know who to contact. I had several neighbors come to my home to comment on how well this looked. For all practical purposes, it is a new driveway. Outstanding work.

The original patio went well. Troy was difficult to get a hold of to repair cracks.

My experience with this company was an A. They are responsive. Their prices are competitive. They were neat and tidy in cleaning up. They did a fine job. I would recommend them and use them again.

They did their job and the initial work was good, but he said that he would come back and powerwash, and he never did. He hasn't returned any of my phone calls.

We were very pleased with Troy's responsiveness. The work was performed to our expectations and they were very hard working and left a very clean workplace behind. The results are spectacular and have greatly improved the appearance of our pool deck and patios.

Troy is wonderful to work with, and does an excellent job. He was very careful to add a slight slope and put in drains due to a water problem we were having, which fixed the problem. The area looks great, and we've received lots of compliments...

I called Troy Pierce to get an estimate on a decorative concrete patio. We set up a time for him to come by, and he never showed. I let a week or so go by and never heard a thing. Called again and spoke with Troy and set up another time for him to come by. Again, he never showed up and I never heard anything. I give up!

THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. THIS IS THE SECOND HOME THAT I HAVE HAD THEM DO CONCRETE DECORATION. THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND ARE VERY GOOD AT THEIR PROFESSION.

I SENT AN E-MAIL TO TROY PIERCE AT THE E-MAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED BY ANGIE'S LIST. HE DID NOT RESPOND. OTHER COMPANIES RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO MY INQUIRIES SO I NEVER TRIED TO CONTACT TROY AGAIN.

TROY AND HIS ASSISTANT DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE PROMPT AND TOOK CARE TO CLEAN EVERYTHING UP EACH DAY AS THEY FINISHED WORKING. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE LOOK OF THE RESURFACED POOL DECK. WE WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

CALLED RIGHT BACK, CAME RIGHT OUT AND GAVE FREE ESTIMATE. HAD PORTFOLIO WITH PICTURES OF WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. THE PAST WORK HE HAD DONE WAS REALLY BEAUTIFUL. WHEN I HAVE THIS DONE, I WILL HAVE HIM DO IT.
