Overall, everything went really well. I had a leak in my roof and they were accommodating to the fact that there was more rain coming, so they sent someone the same day. I would highly recommend them.

Seemed like a nice group, but the price just wasn't right for my small job.

The entire project went very smoothly. The estimator arrived on schedule and did a complete investigation of the old roof and venting system including an attic inspection. He discussed problem areas such as low sloped areas and skylights and how to best handle them. He measured all parts of the rather complex roof system and gave us information on his company and samples of GAF shingles. After receiving his estimate (and others), we determined his proposal offered the highest quality roof at a very competitive price. He returned with the final contract which included some upgrade options we requested for signature, we signed, and scheduled the work to be done around our schedule. He obtained the city building permit and had the dumpster and roofing materials delivered a couple of days before the crew arrived.The project manager and crew arrived on schedule and were a delight to have around. They were attentive to protecting our landscaping and kept the work site very neat and picked up each night. Whenever an issue came up like questionable sheathing replacement, they consulted with us for the go-ahead before doing the work. Manny's crew was very polite and quiet (no loud boom boxes) and worked really h****** some very hot days. They tore off only as much roof as they could redo each day and left the site clean each night. When the roof was completed, they rolled the ground magnetically to pick up loose nails and had the dumpster picked up the next day. Nothing was damaged during the project, even the landscaping looks untouched. The new roof looks beautiful and has received many compliments from our neighbors. We could not be happier with the final product.

My house was built in 2000 using a 35-year shingle. Due to significant warping and degradation of the shingle I had to replace after 10-years. Shingle manufacture has acknowledged a problem with the shingles used and is covering material replacement under a class action lawsuit. Advanced roofing informed me of the issue and provided information for me to complete the claim. This was an excellent job performed by a very competent and professional crew. The communication was great and the entire transaction was flawless. Project included a complete tear-off of the existing shingles down to the sheeting with new GAF 35-year shingles. They replaced the necessary flashing and installed 30# felt and ice/water dam membrane per industry standards. They had to replace 64 sq. ft. of deteriorated sheeting and I had them replace the dryer roof vent. Total roof was about 3,900 sq. ft. The roofing crew had about two/thirds of the roof removed and new shingles installed on the first day and finished the remainder of the roof on the second day. They did an excellent job with clean up and did a great job protecting the rest of the house during the whole project. They did everything that they said they were going to do and the roof looks great.

Great customer service during the entire process. My project manager showed up on time, and both he and the lady in the office were wonderful in answering our question as they returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. The price was toward the upper end of the other proposals, but by the time Mannys crew had completed the job, I knew I had picked the right company. As far as I am concerned you get what you pay for!

Advanced Roofing Inc installed a new roof on our home. We were very happy with the final product! The roof looks great and we have received a number of complements on our new roof and the next door neighbor even praised the work ethics of the crew as he watched them the entire day (He's retired). We have recommended them to many neighbors and friends and know of three that have used them and they all were extremely satisfied. Their crew worked very hard and thoroughly cleaned our yard and driveway and also used a magnet with wheels over the entire yard to look for stray nails. Overall we had a great experience!

Larry Savage came out was very knowledgeable about all the aspects of our roofing and ventilation issues, you could tell he has been doing this for a long time. He explained why our roof was leaking and did so in a way so we could understand, as my husband and I both work in a hospital and have no knowledge of the roofing lingo that the other roofers were talking to us. He took digital pictures on the roof and I even went into the attic so he could show me what he was talking about. The proposal was very well written with a number of options, which made it extremely easy to build a roof system that fit into our budget. Great company to work with! Have recommended them to others numerous times and the ones that used their services were extremely happy!

We are first time homeowners and have no experience or knowledge about roofing. Our project manager, Matt, explained every step of the process from the beggining to the end and was always available to answer any questions we had along the way. Our new roof looks great! It only took them 1 day and the crew even used a rolling magnet to sweep our lawn and driveway to make sure there were no nails left behind. I would defiantly recommend this company to someone looking for Quality and Professionalism!

I had a negative impression of this contractor. Of all the contractors, they were the most expensive. There was also an intense rivalry they had with another business. They pressured me to use them. They were really unprofessional, slamming the other business. The estimate had a lot of loopholes that would allow them to increase the price.

It went well. They came when they said they would and got the work done quickly. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves and I was happy with the clean up. Their prices were competitive with the others.

It went great. We were in a hurry because we had a contract with another roofer and had been waiting 2 months for the other guys to show up. I finally cancelled my other contract and called Advanced. I'm glad I did. We only had a couple of weeks to get the roof on before our painters were scheduled to come and paint the house. Then it started raining and it kept raining for a week. That's when our old roof started leaking. The great folks at Advanced got our here as soon as they could when the weather cleared up, and they got our new roof on quickly. Their workers worked hard all day long, and when the job was done they did a thorough clean up. They even had to do some extra work when they discovered rotted wood under the old roof and my old false aluminum chimney needed to be replaced. Those items cost a little extra, beyond the original estimate, but they had warned me in advance that that was a possibility.

I am a single 80 year old lady who chooses to stay in my home which is 55 years old, and is in need of repairs. I have used different contractors and have learned to choose very carefully. Now I need a new roof. I interviewed five contractors and chose Advanced Roofing, specifically dealing with Matt. Due to past unfortunate dealings with contractors, I tried to learn and asked many questions. I insisted that everything be in writing so that I, with my age, could sit and read it at my leisure. Matt was extremely caring; he followed through, answered my questions, phoned me with suggestions, etc. His crews were great: Professional, knowledgeable and caring. The best contractor I have ever had!
