The crew was using a propane torch to weld the edges of rolled roofing material, on a day with 30-40 mph wind gusts. They accidentally started a fire on my roof that quickly spread to my attic and two adjoining roofs. It caused $40,000 worth of damage. I never even got a call back from the company or even a written apology after the fire.

The service was great. They were fantastic. They took photos of problem areas. gave us options on repairs and was very professional.

The price was probably pretty competitive.

I found the Advanced Roofing company very responsive than other roofing companies my wife and I had contacted. A representative visited us at home to provide us with an estimate to have our roof replaced. The pricing was reasonable compared to the other estimates we obtained and research we conducted. The difference was their customer service was better than the other companies and they were also free to complete the job within the time frame that fit our needs. The day of the job, the crew showed up and was extremely polite and professional. They completed the job in less time than what was originally quoted and did a great job all around - from removing the old shingles, to installing replacement wood where required. They also did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards ensuring all scrap materials were removed from the premises. Overall, a great experience and high quality/professional job. I would recommend them.

Mike was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The bottom line is the price was way too high. I found a local roofer with the same qualifications at a much lower price.

Called Advanced Roofing for and est. on a new Roof. Mike the sales rep. came out and did a through inspection of my roof. A few days later he came back with a Est for a new roof along with a cpl of different options. He seemed honest and not pushy. We did go with him on a new roof. As promised in a cpl of weeks came back did the job. Mike and the crew were very Professional and got the jpb done in one day. The crew also did a very good job afterwards cleaning up . The whole process from start to finish was very good. Easy to work with, flexible with schedule. They did a nice job of explaining everything that would be done as part of the work. Started and finished on time. Excellent work site cleanup.

A white pickup truck with no business logo circled my cul-de-sac around 10 am and left. At that time I was not aware that it was Advanced Roofing. At 10:15 I called Advanced Roofing to find out how late they were going to be as they were now inconveniencing not only me, but the brick mason as well. I was told that the estimator had driven by my house, had seen me and the mason outside looking at the front of the house and left without stopping. They assumed that another contractor was working on the project, so why bother stopping. The estimator had by then started driving to his second job of the morning and would not be returning. Really? After I specifically told both the secretary and the owner that they would be meeting with me and the mason to give an estimate of this remodeling project? Unprofessional. No way would I use them.

While the quote may have been acceptable with some clarifications - it was difficult to get details quickly and fully - and I decided to use another vendor.

The agent was very thorough on examining the roof. He sent an email estimate and provided a follow up call. I did not use his company because the cost was much too high. I am considering alternatives to doing the whole roof.

They did a good job at repairing my gutter. I'm very satisfied with their work.

It was wonderful. They cleaned up after themselves and they had this nice little magnet, if they had any nails that were dropped, they pick them all up everyday. Their pricing was within the range of the two other people that I got.

They did great. Showed up exactly when they said they would ( 8 am ). Went to work as soon as the trash trailer was in my driveway, and the materials truck showed up shorty after their arrival. They were VERY thorough about putting tarps and other protection ANYWHERE debris could possibly fall, including the entire interior of my garage, all around the house and even my neighbor's driveway. They were courteous and professional. Called things to my attention if they were noteworthy. They took a 15min break around 11am, 45min for lunch, then worked till 630pm when the job was totally finished, and totally cleaned up, including blowing off my neighbors garage.

They took a little longer to get here than I would have liked, rescheduling a couple of times, but overall very good service.

It nicely and professionally done. They were competitively priced and everyone went out of their way and did a nice job.

The process began with the initial consultation within a few days of the first phone call. Then there was some mis-communication in emailing the estimate to my home which took a little more than a week to receive. There were a couple of instances where some time did pass without any communication to which I did initiate phone calls. But, to their defense a couple of rain days did delay the assignment of a project date. However, keep in mind these communication issues are very minor and in no way had an adverse effect on the professionalism, quality, and our satisfaction of the total project. It just took a bit longer than we anticipated to get it completed. We are very pleased with the outcome. This company does great work. The finished product looks good and has accomplished what our roof was in need of. Just need to mention the estimate was slightly higher than a couple of competitors, but felt the positive reputation was worth the little bit of additional money.

I was impressed with Advanced Roofing from Day 1. I called to get an estimate on replacing my roof and skylights. Matt arrived on the scheduled date on time and at a time that was convenient for me. He already had my proposal prepared. Apparently he had come out earlier that day to take a look at the roof and get all the measurements. The proposal was prepared in such detail so that I knew exactly, step by step, what they were going to do when they replaced my roof. The estimate was comparable to other estimates that I received. Stacy, the Office Manager, was very helpful. She responded to all of my emails and calls very promptly. There were 8 workers that came out to work on the roof. I couldn?t believe they were working when it was 100 degrees out! But they did an excellent job. They covered all the flowers and bushes with tarps. They were so careful that none of the shrubbery got damaged. They did a complete tear off of the old shingles and replaced them with the GAF Timberline HD Architectural Shingles. They replaced all the attic vents and even color coordinated them with the color of the shingles. I also had my single pane skylights replaced with Velux double paned skylights. I used to have so much heat radiating through those old skylights when the sun was directly overhead. I can definitely tell the difference with the new ones. I can now stand under them and I don?t feel any heat coming through. This should save me money on my electric bill in the summer. The workers came back the next morning to finish up. They did a great job of cleaning up both days before they left. Matt came back a few days later to do a final inspection with us. My husband mentioned to Matt that we found a few nails in the back yard. It wasn?t a huge issue. It actually wasn?t an issue at all. But the next day, they had someone come by with a magnet to pick up any more nails that may have been lying around. I haven?t found one since. This company is very professional and very responsive. I can really tell they take pride in their work and want to make sure the customer is happy. I would definitely recommend them.

We chose Advanced Roofing to tear off and replace roof and gutters. We had a very positive experience with them. They delivered everything they promised and got the job done in 2 days. Matt revised his quote a couple of times as we looked at different options. Stacy kept in contact with us all through the project and Mike and his crew did a great job making it all happen. They all were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

This is a family business so we got to know the father and the son who is the project manager. The son spent a lot of time with us previous to the start of the project which is why we went with them. Their pricing is very reasonable.

Great experience. The rep from the company visited several times to discuss options and did a thorough examination of our roof. After selecting all of our options, and signing the contract, the work was scheduled within two weeks. The workers started at 0700 and finished at 1930. The only problem was that they ran out of shingles, but they were out the next day to finish. All and all, very happy with the service I received.
