Description of Work: GSHA Services did a very good job with new water heater installation and furnace tune up maintenance. There prices are very competitive too. Peter came out first thing next morning to check out the problem and gave an estimate.

Description of Work: Do not go with the fast-food style vendor for your HVAC needs... You'll may get a decent price, but your really getting poor workmanship and people that do not care about your house or requirements. My old furnace blower was starting to fail and my AC always cost me an arm and a leg to run so after getting 5 quotes, GSHA was the most honest and best priced company I ran into. They addressed my concerns and even recommended a chimney liner to prevent issues from going to a high eff. furnace. They even re-positioned my new furnace in a way to make everything more accessible. I liked them so much that even my two sisters and my mother have had all their HVAC work done by them.

Description of Work: The company gave us a date of 7-27-15, 8--10 am and said they will call us that morning. Order was placed on 7/18/15. No one called and when I called the company, a direct number Kathy answered the phone and said she could not find the order. She said she will call back in a few minutes and didn't.

Description of Work: This coupon was bought from an Angies List representative over the phone- however the representative was misleading and stating incorrect services that were not included in the fine print. He intact stated gas line hook up was included, when in fact, I printed the coupon to read it... It said just the opposite. and many other things in the fine print which involved extra costs.

The owner even came out to check on everything. The pricing was reasonable. I had no problem scheduling the service and they were very responsive.

I started searching for companies got some estimates over phone prices were different everywhere I looked and I was on the budget, so I finally found GSHA Services, LTD the best choice I made to be quite honest, my appointment was set up right away, and the job was done quicker than as people say speed of light!, very punctual, honest and really good at what they specialize in. In the conclusion if you're looking for a Company that will treat you as their number one priority GSHA Services, LTD is the place to call. I've got work done by them twice and like I said I'am very happy with my choice.

I had to change my A/C system I was devastated because the thought of it scared me, who to call where to go and most important money! + -1 moreThe vendor was referred by Home Warranty of America. He was to contact me but never did. In short I called him each time we spoke but for the time he called to cancel an appt. He failed to show for several appts. and would not answer the phone at all on the last failed appt. I called HWA and got the name of another, very good vendor by the name of Clar Electric Inc. Use them, not GSHA. GSHA is the worst vendor I have ever delt with.
