Short Story: It went alright. They sent out a technician to evaluate the situation, and took about a half hour to isolate the issue, charged for the service call plus a hour of labor, and provided a quote to repair the AC. Long Story: Very professional customer service when you call in. I called, scheduled my original appointment, but cancelled, and they were very understanding and receptive. They provided UPFRONT PRICING, $75 for a service call, $80 an hour for labor, and provided pricing per pound for different types or refrigerant. A very knowledgeable and straightforward team which is great when you are trying to price out a repair. We scheduled a technician between 12-2, but they called before 2 and notified us they were running late and advised 3-4. The technician called in and echoed the same statement but showed up at about 4:30, which is understandable on a 90 degree day. Very professional and upfront technician, in an unmarked vehicle, showed up and discussed the process. He explained a similar pricing model, but started discussing a testing fee of $300 dollars, but waved the fee after speaking to his company. He took about an hour to isolate the issue and call in and discuss the matter with his company and provided an up front estimate of the repair cost (refrigerant, labor, valve replacement, etc.). $155 for the initial service call, electronic emailed receipt, and the company called me back with a full estimate (more detailed) shortly after he left and scheduled a technician to come next week as they didn't have the parts on hand. I will post again when I finally get this system fully repaired.

Great installation on a new heating air condition unit. Very professional and i will definently want to do business with them in the future.

I had to replace my home furnace system, so I called GSHA services. The next day, Peter (owner of this company) called and gave me the oral quotation of the system. Then he showed up my house and explained the system, and also the option for the discount. The next day, he sent his crew (2 members) to replace my system. They came on time and installed the new system, His team did a very good job. I also asked one favor of fixing my fridge water line. Peter fixed it free for me. Overall, they did an Excellent job !!! Peter is very knowledgeable, professional and mostly he is very honest. I really like my new system and would be happy to recommend GSHA services to my friends.

It wasn't great. I don't think they did everything they said they're going to do. They could probably be more upfront with the price. It was the first time that I've used them.

The owner Peter gave me 6 estimates of systems that would fit my needs. He answered all my question promptly. His team members were hard workers and nice guys. They were great at clean-up, too. I highly recommend them! Great price, great service, and great warranty (10 years parts and labor and 20 years on the heat exchanger.) Peter inspected all the work and set up the wifi thermostat and my iPhone App for me. I love it!! Go with GSHA and you will be happy that you did!

Peter came to my house in the morning after I email him the night before, in the status of snow storming. He gave me excellent price and good explanation about heat & cooling products.He worked so hard and patient. Afterward, the job was done good. Except some days waiting for paperwork, overall, everything is good. Price is excellent.

Good install but difficult getting follow up on warranty being mailed and getting calls back.

Horrible trying to reach provider for over a week and when appt scheduled they tell me they don't see me as a scheduled appt for today. Never answers the phone. Customer Service Horrible

They did not do everything on the big deal and when I said to the worker about it. He did not acknowledge that cleaning or replacing the air filters was part of the deal.

The contractor was professional and explained everything nicely.

Everything was great from start to finish. He came with all materials and finished in great time! Would highly recommend!

The service went okay. Initially they put the sensor on the wrong side of the house, so he had to come back to correct it. Other than that, it was fine.

The installation went very well. As the furnace is in the attic, it took some effort to remove the old one and install the new one. But Peter's crew did an excellent job. Definitely will use them again. Actually we used them before to install furnace in our rental property.

the overall service was good. i has bought the deal on angle's list for an airplane humidifier. The technician arrived on time, and although he didn't speak much english he had a gentleman on the phone explaining things to me. Upon arrival i was told that the bypass humidifier that i had purchased would not fit our furnace and we would have to purchase the electric upgraded model for a 100 bucks more. At first i thought it might just be a gimmick that the company is using to make me buy a higher model when its not necessary, but upon some research online, i found that it was a better product overall and the price was reasonable for that model installed. overall the technician was curious to clean up after himself and did a goo job installing/sealing/explaining everything.

It went pretty good. We had it set up for a date and they tried to change it a couple of times, that was the only thing. It went pretty well. The person came at the right time and he did the work. Maybe the technician that was supposed to come to our place he had something come up so they had to send another one. Maybe he lacked a little bit of knowledge on the device and it took him a while to figure it out. But then he figured it out and he made sure it was working before he left. It was done in the time they said.

They removed our old furnace and installed a new one as well as a WiFi thermostat. It took them about 7 hours to complete. They also installed a humidifier, but had to come back the next day for that as it was getting late. The installers were polite and professional and cleaned up before they left. The owner, Peter, came the next day to show us how to set up and program the WiFi thermostat.

This service is not for the 600 as advertised, but the less expensive 600m. I wanted the 600, which has the more expensive digital humidistat. The 600 has the less expensive manual humidistat. I brought this to their attention, but no remedy was given. The installer also spoke no english, so I could ask no questions about the unit or its use.

Derek did the installation and I found him to be professional, proficient and detail oriented. He explained me what he did, and why did he do the way he did, as well as fully demonstrated the humidifier's function at the end of the project. He answered all my questions and he cleaned after the installation. Derek even found some minor problems with my furnace (due to previous service with another provider) and he made the appropriate adjustments.

So I am a few weeks late posting my review. Basically I purchased the deal from GSHA because I was in the market for a new furnace particularly a Carrier due to its dependability. We initially had a little confusion because Peter (the owner) came out to our house about two hours late to measure and check for the new furnace prior to the installation. Of course after reading the most recent reviews I was concerned about what I had gotten myself into but I had already scheduled the installation for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I will say that literally two days before the installation I got the idea to upgrade to a better model furnace. After speaking with Kasia at the office and then Peter. we were able to make it happen. He allowed me to pay the difference the upgrade to a better model, afterall my Carrier that I was replacing was just about forty years old. The technicians showed up on time, in fact a little early, and began work. I was told it would probably take 5 to 6 hours. It actually took twice as long, my old furnace took some time to remove. I was afraid with it being the eve of Thanksgiving that it was not all going to be a thorough job, that they would hook it up and say we will be back on Friday. Thankfully that did not happen, it took the gentleman eleven hours to complete the installation.Peter even stopped by to check on the progress of the installation. Yes, I was bound to my home for all that time but I was happy that the job would be finished in one day with no excuses. Three days later another gentleman came to install the humidifier it took about two hours and now so far so good. I am very satisfied with my new furnace and so happy that I decided to upgrade. I will probably use GSHA when it is time to replace my air conditioner in the spring.

GSHA provided great service at a great price. Most importantly, they were honest and went above and beyond expectations. My old furnace broke and GHSA was able to quote a replacement at a very affordable rate and worked overtime to ensure I had heating as quick as possible. My only complaint was it was sometimes difficult to reach them via the phone. However, they did return calls within a reasonable time and they deliver an excellent service.

The service technician was on time and very respectful of my home. He installed the thermostat in no time and walked me through all of the features. I will be using this company again for future projects.

This company has strung us along all day. They were running late. The guy who showed three hours and fifteen minutes late, and was not apologetic and was very rude!
