We refaced the kitchen and added several Roll Out Trays in lower cabinets and pantry to accommodate EASY access. This customer was getting frustrated with other companies that were not following up. We gave her the guidance she needed, and her kitchen turned out well.

Description of Work: Vendor was only offering complete cabinet refacing and I only needed touch up work on existing cabinets. Vendor suggested I obtain a refund. Vendor was generally responsive.

Customer was really pleasant and needed his cabinets touched up and adjusted. I explained to them that refacing was not necessary and we are in the process of setting up a service call to do the work. The refund I suggested he get was the program he was purchasing to reface his kitchen, which was not necessary.

Description of Work: We did a complete remodel of our master bath. I can't say enough about the quality of the work, the professionalism of the team that did the work, and Frank's excellent communication with us from start to finish. We are pretty picky folks, and we are thrilled with the results. We will definitely use G&G again for future projects.

We guided this couple with different looks and styles. We turned a really outdated looking room into a luxury master bath. We enjoy working with families who are particular about the look and quality of work. They were extremely accommodating with working with us, and it was really a pleasurable experience. I know they have other projects for us and we look forward to working with them again.

Description of Work: They replaced some of our kitchen cabinets and counter tops. We had to wait longer than expected for our cabinets to be delivered. (3 weeks). After installation of just 1/2 of the cabinets , the final installation was delayed another week & we had five upper cabinets on our dining room floor. Once they returned to finish installation, they did a very good job finishing the install of the cabinets and counter tops.

We waited for the cabinets from the manufacture which were delayed for about a week. We normally install the wall cabinets first, for better reach with installation. In this case we installed the base cabinets first because the customer had purchased flooring that was sitting in their dining room. Because of the type of floating floor, we couldn't install the cabinets on the floor. The customer already had the flooring contractor ready to install up to the cabinet base, so we left so they could keep their schedule with customer and came back the following week to install the wall cabinets. The counter tops were also ready to be installed, so we let all that happen to help the schedule. This created more time and cost for us, and was not passed on to the customer. We just wanted to facilitate the customer. As the member stated, we did the quality job as they expected, and had no control for any delays. With that being said, we did a quality and professional job.
