Description of Work: I live in an older house that has quite a few places that those little mice can come in so the gentleman that came blocked all the areas he thought might be a problem. He placed some traps and small locked bait boxes in the house and some outside. He was very pleasant and explained everything. There haven't been any mice since then. He returned after 2 weeks to check everything out and said I should be fine. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Men in Black service was great. They were punctual and polite, solved the problem and didn't push a bunch of extras and hard-sell items. I wish the would have offered clean-up of the buggy aftermath, but I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: The company was professional and came when they said they would and eliminated the mouse problem. We called them back when we saw evidence of the mice again and they came back for no charge. At that time we added outside traps which were reasonable ($20.00 which was in addition to the original charge of $145.00 We would use them again (but I hope we don't have to!)

Description of Work: Men in Black came out to rid us of bees that were nested behind our second story gutter. We requested an appointment late Tuesday evening and they came promptly the next afternoon. They were courteous and professional. They used their professional strength spray on our bees and within a week the bees were completely gone. We received a follow up call from the owner two days after service just to check in and see how our bee problem was doing with a guarantee that they would come back and respray if bees were not gone. We are very happy with the level of service and professionalism we received as well as follow up. I highly recommend Men In Black and will use them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: When I called to set up the appointment, the receptionist took care of everything in an efficient manner and also made a reminder call before the service date. The technician arrived promptly and checked the entire house for evidence of insect infiltration. We had a bumblebee nest in the ground near our garage. The technician applied a powder to the area. No more problems with bumblebees. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. The technician was courteous and made sure to do a thorough inspection of outdoor areas. I would definitely use this service again.

Description of Work: I had a huge wasp next on my garage and they removed it in a two step process. The first day they treated the next with chemicals as it was too active to remove. Then they returned approx 10 days later to remove it from the garage.

Description of Work: I put in an emergency call due to discovering a huge hornets nest on the front of my house when arriving home from a business trip. They arrived shortly before the stated time, explained what would happen, set expectations, and completed their task exactly as they described. The price seemed ok, I didn't get multiple quotes as Men in Black was the only company I found who was available at short notice in my area. I did receive a discount due to being a first time customer, which helped.

They had to come out 3 times to fully eradicate the nest, which was significantly larger than any of us anticipated, but they did it, and we are finally wasp free. Great job and very thorough. Can't recommend them enough.

Indeed it started disintegrating and eventually fell out of the tree during a storm and we threw it away without problems.

 + -1 moreProvider was on time (window was between 5 and 7, he got there about 5:30). He was very conscious of the fact that we have two kids and a dog, so made sure they couldn't get to the bait boxes. He patiently explained things to me and then to my husband when he got home.

So if need be they will come back out and treat the problem. When the technician came out he had a little different opinion of what needed to be done and explained why. I appreciated the honesty.  + -1 moreHaving an issue with small ants. After a series of questions describing the problem, an action plan was put together with estimates on effort/time and a price quoted. The price was competitive and reasonable. An appointment was set for the next day with a 2-hour window. Was called within 10 minutes of the start of the window that they were 10 minutes out. The infestation was not as bad as expected/amount of work/material was less than anticipated, and the price was adjusted. The crew was professional, quick but seemingly thorough. Expectations were set as far as what I would and would not see. A time frame was set so that I would know when to call back for additional applications, if that would be necessary. We are dealing with poison and we have pets, both here and next store (the exterior is sprayed as well as the interior). I was reassured as to their pet-safety as well as provided with the labels of what materials were used. I suspect that this problem has been resolved; I plan to follow-up in the spring, as recommended, to ensure that it does not return.
Description of Work: 4 types of poison were used throughout the house and yard to counter an ant infestation.

 + -1 moreWent great, he came out on a Sunday, so it was nice we didn't have to take off work. We haven't had any bugs really besides the occasional spider since he's been here. I was concerned about him spraying with our baby crawling around and he said it was perfectly safe, but still respected my wishes to not spray around her stuff and only in the corners of the nursery.
